Almost as good as OEM, with one quick fix
Way cheaper than the OEM version and just as high of quality in every regard but the straps. The VW ones are sized perfect where when the hatch is raised, the cover tilts up with it. These are way too long so that even when opened the cover stays in the "down" position. Easy fix to tie a big knot in the excess strap material, cut below and use a lighter to melt it a little to make sure the knot stays....but wouldnt have to do that if attention was used to just copy the exact length of OEM product during manufacturer. Still worth it for the great price.

2018 Tiguan Limited
It works and fits perfectly in my 2018 Tiguan Limited. However, I have to handle it with gloves… it feels like the fiberglass wasn’t sealed.. so when I want to remove it, I get splinters. Not fun. Now I have to find a way to seal it.
