I just got today and so far I’m pretty happy, If I had to complain I would say the rack where the bowls are supposed to go doesn’t seem right, otherwise I really like it, it’s sturdy and was easy to assemble and is a perfect fit, I do not regret buying this at all, I will probably buy another for a Xmas gift

Absolutely love this product! I needed counter space and getting rid of the traditional dish rack was the answer! I love it; what a value and it looks really nice up. It blends well with my kitchen! While doing the dishes it felt like I was putting up the dishes at the same time! They were out the way and no more messy dish rack to clean off and put up! You can also use it for extra storage of cups for an easy grab and go bonus!

I have had this about a week.I have a super small older kitchen with a bad design/layout. I gained so much counter space by getting rid of the sink side dish rack.It was very easy to put together. About 30 minutes by myself. For some reason there were two slightly different sets of instructions included in the package, but both would yield the same completed dish rack.One minor draw back is it is fairly tall, and I am shorter, 5’4” and the top shelf is a stretch for me, but doable. I have three houseplants sitting on the top of it currently.It is very sturdy. I initially worried about my rambunctious curtain climbing cat knocking it over or knocking coffee cups off the hooks, so far neither has been a problem.

I may sound a bit crazy, but I definitely was super excited to get this delivered today! i set up the dish rack as soon as I got it. It did take me a little longer to set up because I was taking my time. It took about 25 min. or so. I started washing my dishes that were already in the sink and used the rack right away. Definitely works well for me. There are some minor issues with it, but didn’t bother me. Overall, I’m really happy with it!Pros:-Saves a lot of counter space!-Sturdy-Easy to set up. No tools needed.-you can rearrange the racks how you want.Minor cons:-fixed height-metal pieces were soldered on by a few millimeters off on the utensil/knife rack. It looks a little crooked. Same with the cutting board rack.-small space for utensils.

This product was easy to assemble, and, once put together, gave more options than we thought we'd have when we ordered it. We just wanted a little more cabinet space. The problem of the measuring cups and spoons that hung on the wall behind the stove went away in 20 minutes. About 1/2 the time we took something from the wall when we were cooking or baking, it would slip through our fingers and end up behind the stove. It was a fight to get that stuff out and then wash it so we could continue cooking. Now they hang on the perimeter of the shelf and are easy to get to. Our morning coffee cups stay on top, the tomatoes and other snack produce are out of the way and the sink isn't crowded with draining dishes. We've hung the KitchenAid accessories from the back, and the stuff that can't hang sits securely on top. No more digging in the cupboards. I'd definitely recommend this for anyone with a space problem or a need for easy access to kitchen accessories. Use them, wash them, put them on the shelf. They drain over the sink and air dry quickly, and they're ready to go when you need them. I love this thing!

Been using it for almost a week now and am happy with this product! It is quite expensive compared to a traditional dish rack, but is worth it! The package arrived in a medium sized box and each component was separated and labeled. The instructions were easy to follow, so assembly was relatively easy. 👍🏼 Did not realized it came with hooks & was surprised when I assembled it. The hooks are great at holding measuring cups, spatulas, etc. I’ve had multiple heavy pots and skillets on it and the drying rack did not show any strain.

I’ve had this rack for 3 months and love it! I was concerned about how sturdy it would be when I first purchased, but to my surprise it hold up very well. You can also fit quite a bit on it. It serves it’s purpose, and provides me with much need counter space! Highly recommend for sure.

I was very excited to receive and use this in my tiny kitchen. It really helps organise your space better and keeps clean dishes off the counter! It's reasonably sturdy though still a little wobbly.However, after a few weeks of use though I'm beginning to see small rust spots appearing all over. So much for "stainless" steel.Furthermore, this rack really falls short on practicality. The "bowl" rack is useless - unless you have tiny little bowls the little ring at the bottom won't hold them upright. The plate section is great for larger plates, but smaller ones don't stand and it won't hold bowls well either. The utensil holder is tiny and there is no mug/glass holder like many nicer racks have. The fit and finish are OK, nothing impressive.For the price this isn't worth it. I would pay a little more and get a better quality rack.
