does it make you lose weight?

I lost a total of 12 pounds. I started at the end of 2019 and I’m on my second bottle. I also use the raw apple cider vinegar as well for weight loss. This combination helped me lose weight tremendously. I was 262 last year and I’m down to 248 as of today.

Very safe. I have had strokes and blood pressure issues and my doctor approved it for me. I use it with a powder drink and I’ve stayed in ketosis since.
