Although I don’t use knives on my birds and depend on more skill from the bird instead of striking first. This book has real good insights and details. Recommended for those in need to understand a system.

Bought as a gift, I am hoping that it is very informative and not just a summary of basics. The very thin book has me a but worried.

Very detailed and great information. Could use great information form here to train your gamefowl for game day. Useful imo.
