Sotru Organic Chlorella, 30 Day Supply, 120-Count

I've taken this and the organic spirulina (same brand). I can tell a difference in energy levels when using both products. I recently ordered and started the sun chlorella 500 mg tablets instead. I think they are probably a better product but they're much more expensive than this brand. Overall, I'd say this is a decent purchase to start with. Most sources I've read say you should work your way up to the higher dosages of chlorella to prevent digestive discomfort and the nausea that can occur. This would be a good brand to ease in with since it is reasonably priced. As a side note, I still take the sotru spirulina even though I've switched brands for the chlorella because I haven't found anything better for the spirulina. My only real "problem" with these products is you have to take so many tablets. I'd prefer a larger pill size so I'm not taking an insane amount of pills each day and it would be more easy to take them with me since I normally wait until lunch (at work) to take the pills.

Because our Chinese friends who live in China don't trust pharmaceuticals and food from China (and they load up their suitcases with American baby formula, vitamins, etc. when they're here), neither do I. I called the toll-free number on the bottle and the company got back to me quickly. A polite and knowledgeable person told me that this product is grown and made in China, and packaged in the USA, and that every step of its production is watched and controlled by American workers. I think it's bad that nowhere on the bottle does it say where it is made, though, and I wouldn't have purchased it if I had known it was made in China.

My husband and I used this product together, so the bottle actually went pretty fast. I got it for the toxic cleansing aspect. I would have preferred powder form for its versatility, but my husband preferred the pill form, we both wanted it to be organic. I used to wake up frequently with headaches, but since I began taking these I haven't had any. I feel like it is helping and will probably get more - I'll look for a bigger bottle this time.

This stuff was terrible. It gave me a severe headache that lasted all day. That "pristine" Chinese water must have really done its work. I'd flush it down, but I'd be afraid to get cited for improper disposal of waste.

I bought this together with So Tru Organic Spirulina and arrive about a week ago.And as mentioned, they just go on hand-in-hand together.Chlorella detoxifies and cleanses - yeah, we all need it's junk cleaning powers. It's good for the liver. And Chlorella helps to rebuild your body from damage - repair nerve tissues, muscles, nervous system, etc.While spirulina contains the protein of beef, only 12 times more and without the bad cholesterol! Instead it contains GLA - the good fat! And it's anti-cancer.So you see, these 2 algae form a good combination for nutrition. I've quit on my research for the best vitamins/minerals supplement. I've gone back to basics and stick with the natural kinds.So, as mentioned in my Spirulina review - these gave me extra energy, lessened my acid reflux dramatically and lessened my lactose intolerance. So I'm finishing the bottle and re-ordering again if I don't grow another eye or hand anytime soon.Cons: It doesn't taste like candy. Not Free. Doesn't remove viruses from a computer.

I ordered this cholorella based off of the reviews, and I am glad I did! I started taking 2/3 of these a day when I first got them, but found my body could only tolerate 1 at a time or else I would have trouble sleeping at night. It took about 1-2 weeks for this stuff to kick in, but I have had so much energy and mental clarity since I started taking chlorella! I can focus better and feel more motivated as well. For whatever reason, my body can only tolerate 1/2 a day, so I usually take 1 every other day. I definitely recommend these! I also bought the source naturals brand, which I have yet to try. I will write a review within the next 6 months after I try them (once I finish the bottle of Sotru).

First time taking Chlorella. Just as a disclaimer I did some research and read that you can develop headaches initially after starting to take chlorella so I was expecting some discomfort initially which was true for the first week or so I had a dull aching headache but after that I felt great. My thinking seemed to be clearer and I felt more perceptive. As someone with ADD sometimes concentration can be a battle, and talking this in conjuncture with ginko biloba has helped immensely. Great product!

This appears to be a quality product but I cannot tell if it has significantly increased my health....I am sure it probably has but have no way of actually measuring. It is just good to know that I am getting these valuable greens daily.
