So my kids saw an infomercial on a similar product and I thought I'd see what Amazon had to offer. While I love kitchen gadgets, I admit my expectations for this concept was not high - especially when I opened the package. The mats were thin, and looked like they would melt upon contact with a hot grill grate. I am glad I was wrong! These things are super! They hold up on a hot hot grill, keep the food from falling through, while allowing the desirable 'grill marks' on your food, as advertised. Food does not stick to the mats either. This set also comes with a baking sheet. I used to always put a sheet of parchment paper under my baked good like rolls or cookies, now I use this - works even better and will save $$ in the long run.The grill mats clean up like a breeze. Once I was feeling particularly lazy about a super greasy meal - I had used both grill mats that night - and I just threw them in my washing machine on low with a little dish soap - they held up just fine and came out clean. :D

I have only used the grill mats so I can't comment on the Baking sheet.The grill mats are as described however, It is true that it eliminates cleaning the grill grates but what these mats do is actual turn your grill into a large frying pan. Therefore, when you fry you have grease splatter. So use long grill tools and prepare to get splatter on your arms and on any glasses you may wear. Also, it does splatter grease all over the inside of the grill. But I found if when you remove the mats when you finished cooking, if you then turn the grill to high it will burn most of the grease off, otherwise you will have a greasy build-up that you will have to clean. Just like you can get in your oven. So the time it takes to clean the mats, and the inside of the grill is about the same as having to clean the grates but it's not as messy. If you use both mats make sure they don't overlap. Trim then so that you have space between the sides, back, and between each mat.

Mats actually work surprisingly well. Instead of your grill flaring up and burning your meat, it protects it from that. I was a little skeptical, but it does work great. I recommend hand washing as mine did not come out great in the dishwasher. Have also grilled veggies and it works great. Have not used the baking sheet yet. Fast delivery.

Wonderful mats!No more tinfoil in the bottom of the oven & no more parchment paper for cookies. Love simple solutions & these do the job, clean easily, keeping the oven spotless & cookies perfectly browned & crispy. Well worth the low price for a product that works so well.
