Slip-N-Slide
Great product, arrived promptly. Very durable, but make certain there are no sticks/rocks/debris under slide because they will tear the plastic. Be careful where you "aim" the slide - children, especially small ones, can get a lot of distance if the slide is placed on a slight hill, so check for clearance at the end of the slide as well as debris they could run in to.

Surprisingly this slip and slide held up through hours of drunken adults using it for "slip and flip." plenty wide for two adults at one time. Never ripped and will be using it again! It took quite a beating.

survived adults, but will need an extension
I bought this item to use with 10+ adults. The item did not tear after using it for 2+ hours, and it dried and folded nicely back into its box. I plan on using it again. I agree, the nozzle where the hose is connected to the slide seems poorly made. But, I was careful in attaching and detaching it, and it seems to be fine. This slide is certainly not long enough for adults, so I went to a different store and bought these Spray Zone Dash & Splash Water Slide (which are very inexpensive, less than [...]) to serve as an extension, and it worked great.

not a good idea
I was very disappointed. The product was much samaller than implied. Fitting two children on the slide was very difficult as they would just bang into each other trying to dive on becaseu there wasnot really enough room for two sliders at one time. The product lost its tether to the ground on the first run and the teathers were just not strong enough to keep it in the ground. It started to come appart within 5 min. The sprinkler at the end demonstrated on the box was a mere dribble into the pool area which did not blow up well or hold water. horriable product.

Great Fun
This slip n' slide was a great success at my son's 8th birthday party. It was quick and easy to set up, worked like it was supposed to, and came out no worse for wear after a full day of use by 12 rowdy boys.

Just go with the single.
We purchased this double Slip-n-Slide for my son's 7th birthday party. We had a total of 12 guests and thought this would allow more fun all around. I would recommend to other parents, just go with the single. We set this up just before the party and were somewhat dismayed to see that the sliding lanes are very narrow. Hooking it to a hose works just the same as with the original slip-n-slide, but with this model, water squirts both onto the slide AND out into the splash pool at the end. What ends up happening is that more of your hose water pressure is diverted to the splash pool, which makes less come out onto the slide path, and in our case, almost no water came out onto the outer slide lane, no matter how much we fiddled with it! This essentially reduced it to a single slide because there was not enough water on the far slide lane to get a good slide going. Essentially this defeated the purpose of buying a double in the first place! Our party-goers did still have a lot of fun and used it all afternoon, but truthfully this is just a glorified single slide. The little inflatable boogie boards included with this set were cute and the kids did use and like them, but any cheap Walmart inflatable wave rider would have accomplished the same effect. You know what you're getting with a Slip-n-slide. Just stick to the tried and true original version and you'll be fine!

Very cheap
I purchased this for my grandson. We previously had a slip and slide that was for two person sliding as this one advertised. However, this one was obviously not the same. The pool at the end of the slide was very shallow and flimsy, and the right {yellow} side of the slide had no water supply to keep it wet. That side also kept bunching up and wrinkling. After a couple of hours they were tired of it and doubtful it will be used again.Waste of money.

5 Stars? Please read
I have read other reviews saying it's of cheap material and it ripped upon first use, such and such. Well it's a Slip N' Slide! It's made out of thin plastic that gets very slippery when wet and is hours of fun for your kids (and parents, too). Then there's the review the water doesn't reach everywhere. So why the other poor reviews? So here's some advice so your Slip N' Slide lasts more than 1 season (and definitely more than 1 day).1. Inspect the grass and make sure there are no rocks, twigs, sprinklers, toys, ant hills, people, lawn chairs, ipads, etc.2. If ground is sloped place the slide where gravity will take the water...uhhh...everywhere.3. Don't slide SOOO fast you literally break the small pool of water at the end. (It's just stitched plastic, people)4. Now check your bathing suit. Don't slide "on" a zipper, a button, a safety pin, a remote control, an ice cream cone, and Iphone, keys, spurs, etc. Just bare skin and a regular bathing suit.5. Don't use any sliding toys with it. Other models come with inflatable boogie boards. Well this one didn't so don't add any.Now. This slide is of average material where proper handling and storage is needed. It slides well and water does reach everywhere when placed on the slope properly. I think it will last us 2-3 seasons. I plan on storing it in a closet bag once I drain all water and dry it up. If you put it in your unheated garage and live in a cold climate water expands when freezing, remember? It might crack.I give it 5 stars because the kids love it and with common sense it could last a few seasons. Have fun!I remember having a "Banana Slide" when I was a kid. *flashback!* They used to be 30 feet long back then!!!
