Drawing Cartoon Faces: 55+ Projects for Cartoons, Caricatures & Comic Portraits

I am learning to draw and it seems most books start you assuming you already know. That is not the case with me. I became frustrated with not even being good enough for the past drawing books. I don't feel that way with this book. After 5 minutes of reading I tried a sketch or two and you know what? They were FAR from good but they were a start and I could see possibilities. Thank you so much for sharing in this book!I appreciate you!

I am an artist and this was a great buy for me. I really love the book.

I really like Amazon and still do but but with Kindle I was blocked online for the book they said I now owned. Once they got the money I thought it was mine to read anytime online, I didn't know anything about any limitation with Kindle to open the book. The trouble started when I put a check in the box to keep me signed in but it never worked. I kept trying to get it to accept my decision caused the problem and they blamed me for this malfunction. I wished I didn't use Kindle online but I won't make that mistake again. As I searched I found an install "KindleForPC-installer-1.26.55076". I can now open my purchased digital books from my desktop as many times I need. I didn't know about this great download but search words great.

While the information contained herein is very useful, the pictures used as examples are the same (exact) pictures used in some of their other books; which made me feel somewhat slighted that they did not use different illustrations from one book to another. They just used the same pictures and added different text. The other book was 'Making Faces: Drawing Expressions For Comics And Cartoons'...

Ce livre pertinent, simple et pédagogique permet au débutant d'enter en caricature de style bande dessinée en couleur au moyen d'une méthode qui donne un ordre systématique pour faire les parties du portrait (menton, cheveux,yeux, nez, bouche et cou). Il y a de nombreux exemples. Pour chaque expression (comme tête hostile ou rire ) il y a un exemple détaillé fait par l'auteur principal, et 3 autres faits par l'un des 6 auteurs secondaires.
