I used this as part of an immune boosting protocol in a respiratory illness. I mixed 1:1 with water and used as a gargling solution, careful not to swallow. It’s an adjunct to supplements I take and together I fought off a recent threat of respiratory illness. I started to feel ill but the sickness never took hold.
