Works, and is what I need. Just the adhesive has to improve but the rest is working good.

Useful part to repair a backup phone.
Part of my job is to repair mobile devices. So if I see a deal on a replacement part, I'll go for it. Unfortunately, in this case you get what you pay for. I bought this replacement screen for a Samsung J7 a customer bought in because he wanted to recover some private information from a damaged phone.I removed the damaged screen and I thoroughly cleaned the adhesion surfaces around the frame to install the new one. I tested the screen before the final install and noticed the navigation buttons were not working very well. I initially thought it was because I had not completed the install using the adhesive, so I went ahead and removed the backing tape and stuck the screen to the frame.The display itself is a bit thicker than the original and it prevented the top and bottom of the touchscreen from adhering to the frame. And I noticed the navigation buttons had to be pressed with some extra effort for them to work. Even the cut out for the home button feels a bit large and the button would move about because the bottom part of the display wasn't making good contact. Had to end up using some B-7000 to hold it together.Overall, I don't see someone using this replacement part on an everyday phone. If you have a damaged phone and you need to get the screen replaced to access personal data, this is would be for you. But it's definitely not for a daily driver.

Disappointed
It didn't fit my phone. Received no home button. It would not lay flat an it cracked while we finished installing.

Not a very good experience...
Let me just say that the delivery time was very good. Package came intact no damage...Adhesive wasn't good enough I still had to use foreign adhesive to get the screen to stay in place...recent and back touch sensors don't work when I install tempered glass...my home button keeps moving around while the screen is in place
