YONEX Astrox 99 Badminton Racket

This is a great racket but definitely not for beginners. I was confused between astrox 88D and astrox 99, and choose a99. Great racket being 4U it works like 3U. Its head heavy but evenly balanced too. You will have to give time of 1-3 days before getting used too as specially in smashing as the inclination is very steep not like other rackets. Too me is allrounder playing in both singles and doubles and believe me being a singles player it has improved my game play in doubles drastically. In the end you will have to use it before get to know how good it is.

The kind of racket i am looking for apart from voltric z force 2. Good control, powerful. Its a Little heavy, but, thats how i like my weapon to be. But not recommended for beginners. It will be useless for them.

It is good racket with stiff body and head heavy but also balanced which make yhe racket special. Good for advanced player. But the grommet was not good which i have to change while gutting before using it. The racket is genuine and well packed. But, again, not for beginners/intermediate players because it is hard to generate power which can result in poor performance
