It is designed to be mounted inside the cooler next to the A/C. It could mounted outside next to the A/C so sensors still reach, but if outdoors in the weather you would want it inside a weather proof case.

I'm wanting to get to between 50 and 55 degrees in a 4x6 room, What size a/c would I need?

8,000 btu would work if you want to get to 33 degrees insulate room and a 10,000 btu

Will the cool bot work with a 20000 btu 220 volt? .I need to be at 35 to 45 degrees
