Swanson Full Spectrum True Cinnamon 600 Milligram, 90 Caps (Pack of 2)

This is supposed to be the "best" cinnamon. I've been taking cinnamon as a supplement for several years. Last year I had a blood test and my blood sugar level was excellent - enough that my doctor commented on it.

This is a great cinnamon supplement. It seems to stabilize my blood sugar nicely, so I love it.

I got it for blood sugar control but ended up being diagnosed with chronic gastritis, so didn't think it was good to keep taking it. The good thing is that opening the capsules still gives me good Ceylon (true) Cinnamon. Won't be wasted.

Easy to swallow, no bad aftertaste. Now to check my fasting blood sugar.
