Awesome board! - Update
Awesome, is all I can say right now. I just got this board yesterday and have already put about 5 miles on it. I was pretty nervous ordering a board with very little reviews and no video reviews. I took a leap of faith and so far I have not been disappointed. The only electric skateboard I have been on before this was a Liftboard single, this board blows that board away by far and it should. I bought the Liftboard because it was pretty inexpensive, this board is only about $150 more, which is way worth it. I have been riding skateboards since I was a little kid, never been on long boards except messing around in Walmart. Enough about my past and my experience, lets get on with this review.First experience, I put it in low mode just to test it out, I got it up to about 10 MPH and on a flat smooth surface never really got over that speed. Still very fun and for most people this is satisfactory especially if you are new to skateboarding or haven't been on a board in a while. Now for fast mode, I took this thing to my local park to get a good idea of hills and flat smooth surfaces. This board fly's! I got up to about 22 MPH riding on a flat and slight inclines, I still had more room on the controller to go even faster but honestly I did not need to go that fast.I hit a pretty steep hill, well steep enough and was able to go pretty fast, I had it maxed out and almost hit 20 MPH, see picture for hill size, I also attached a video, now in this video was my first attempt up the hill from stand still and it seem to chug a little, my second time up the hill I flew up it fast! I didn't pull my phone out to see how fast I was going but it was pretty quick. The next day I rode this thing to work, I live about a mile from my house, going up 2 hills, one about 15 degrees, and the other about 25 degrees. I had no troubles at all whatsoever. Took me about 12 minutes from door to door. Now for the pros and cons.Pro:The board has a nice shapeFAST!Turns as well as any long board (I do not have that much experience on a long board)Smooth rideNice wheelsSeems pretty solidCons:HeavyRemote feels pretty cheap, but as long as it works. No replacement parts (yet)Stopping is very sensitive, takes some getting used to.Slow mode could be a little faster, you go from turtle to rocket between the two speed modes. My Overall satisfaction level for this board is very high, if it lasts and does not fall apart this is going to be an awesome board.I attached some pictures and a video going up a hill.Update 8-22-17I have been riding this thing whenever I can and its been a lot of fun. I hope it continues, but just recently I noticed my battery light went from 3 lights to 2 lights in a couple minutes. I also noticed while accelerating it started to hesitate a little. I just hope this was a fluke and that the battery is not going out or something else. The board still seems pretty fast but it randomly hesitates during the acceleration. I am going to keep riding this to make sure it's not something that's going to be permanent. If so It may be going back. Can Allouette please comment if this is something I need to be worried about.Update 8-28-17This board is still holding up, I have been using it to commute to work about 2 miles each way. I ride to work, back home for lunch and back to work again, about 8 miles total and a couple hills. On my way back home after not charging the board at all, it was dead. Could barley pull me up the last part of the hill. I think this board would do very well on smooth flat roads and an occasional hill here and there. I am not sure this thing is going to hold up as a daily driver commuter board. It is really fun and I want to keep it for sure, but if these wheels are going to die soon and no way to replace them I do want to go with that. Plus I just saw Kieren is offering the Meepo board with what appears to be the exact same parts as these, and he sells replacement parts as well. I might return this one and go for that, I think with shipping it would less that I paid for this board. Allouette, if you want people to feel confident about your product, you might offer some replacement parts or something... I would feel much more comfortable about keeping this board if you did that.Final update:I am still leaving this board at 5 stars, but these wheels are falling apart quick, I am more than likely going to be returning this board. It is too bad, this is a very nice board and goes fast. Another issue is the battery life, I rode this board on the exact same route for 8 miles, to and from work, on the last leg of my trip it would not go up even the slightest hill, and was about dead, it is supposed to last 18 miles, maybe on flat smooth surfaces it could go that far, but if you are going on any type of hills it will run out quick. Maybe the next board will have better battery and wheels.Another update:4-14-18 -Just received this e-mail:You have received a message from the Amazon Seller - Alouette IntelligentOrder ID 112-3321445-3005864:Message:Dear James, Thank you for your recent purchase of SKATEBOLT Electric Skateboard,6.6AH LG Battery, Dual-Motor 1000W, Max 40 KPH,9 Layers Maple with Remote Control (B0723DDBBT). Best buy for the MONEY!
I'm going to start with a 5-star rating based on the specs for the MONEY. 1Kw in power, 15 Miles in range, super stiff board and it even has lights for under 5 Benji's. - The only sad part for me is timing. Before I even took delivery of the eboard, the price dropped to $450. That's cool though. The Vendor is sending me a nice hat to compensate, so props to them. Let me be very transparent. I am a chunky monkey (230lb /100Kg+). I knew I needed at least 1Kw of power with in-hub motors to get my arse in motion. As much as I love the torque of belt drives, I really needed a board I could still push manually when the motor is turned off. A caution for other chunky monkey's who want to jump on the same eboard...the bushings need to be replaced with something stiffer, otherwise, you will end up with a lot of wobble at higher speeds. I just ordered some stiff eliminator/barrel bushing combos to replace the stock bushings. Outside of that, acceleration is smooth, but the brakes are abrupt. The brakes require a bit of acclimation, but it isn't horrible. You'll get used to it with a few minutes of practice. If this board came with quick change batteries of different sizes and maybe a more robust remote, it would be an ALLSTAR. (Need 100WH batteries to take this on an airplane. You can leave one in the board and carry on 2 extra batteries. Some airlines will allow up to 200WH per battery.) As of today, I'm happy. Will update if things change.

Lots of fun
The board feels like very good quality for the money, Range has been very good, its faster than I want to go, easy to push like a regular board if you run out of battery. My only issue is with the remote, it feels cheap, there is noticeable lag between your input and when board reacts, Mine at least starts in reverse every time I power it on so its annoying. none of the lights are labeled to I have no idea what any of it means. there is a light for when its charging and goes off when its done only problem is its hidden inside the remote and the only way to see it is though the hole where the lanyard attaches other wise it does what its required to do and for the cost they had to cut corners somewhere and the important bit is the board itself. Also it is 3 speeds even though description says 2, Low gets to about 10mph, Medium gets to about 18mph, High gets up to 25 (I have never tried so I dont know if its true. Has plenty of hill climbing ability I weigh about 180 and it blasts up even the steepest hills in my area with ease.
