Game Changer
Great bit of kit. Makes a huge difference and really makes you concentrate on your breathing whilst training. One tiny criticism that if you have a beard it will stick out of the side bits and make you look weird. But if you're running on the road wearing this people will look at you like you're weird anyway so what does it matter. Fantastic product though and so far feels really well made. Great to have the option to change the resistance on the move without changing valves over. The main reason I went for this one and not the other Gorge version.

Did not find it beneficial to my training
Limits your oxygen makes it harder to breathe. However I would rather work harder in my sessions by doing more rather than by limiting my breathing.

Gnarly when you first wear it, makes your lungs scream but definitely will help you achieve your fitness goals

Should be priced lower as quality not so good.

Not too good.
Product fine but came deformed thus doesnt hold well but rather when i breathe out then the mask lets out air and it all goes into my eyes

Well worth the money
Brilliant mask was unsure of what to expect at first as some of the reviews said it was poor quality but I've had no problems I can say that it does kick my ass in workouts though whether that's good or bad is up to you.
