Good product for the price
This provides good sound. It's probably not as good as some people may want, but those people should be looking in the $70+ range. The people who complained about sound quality probably would not be satisfied w/ anything less than perfect. They should not look in this price range. So, for the price this product is great. The bass is strong. Good BT connection and I found to have a pretty long range. I was able to go 20ft+ through a couple walls w/ no problems.-Can probably get several hours of constant music out of it before needing a charge.-The buttons are easy to use and the mic works well enough. ---Can even use Siri w/ it from the iphone.-Another benefit is that you can use this as a wired headphone without using any power.-It also does a good job of blocking out outside noise. I've used several other inexpensive over the ear headphones and this one is the best at noise cancelling. My wife uses it much more than I do and absolutely loves it.In summary, if you're looking for a good quality, fairly inexpensive BT headphone (possibly in need of a mic) then this is for you. If you are looking for high-end sound from a BT headphone then you need to spend substantially more. One complaint though. When using the iphone 6, when the sound level is at its lowest (just before being muted) the sound is very quiet as expected. But when you go one notch up then the sound is more on the loud side. So it's a pretty big jump in the sound level. I can't get a low-medium sound level w/ the iphone 6. After that the sound incr is much smaller w/ each notch incr. However, when I use this headphone w/ my ipdad 3 I don't have this issue. So the problem may be device specific.

Excellent customer service
Edit: I am changing my star review based on the remarkable customer service of this company and because the replacement product they provided me is far superior. After reading my review, customer service emailed me apologies, offering to replace the Turbine headphones with their M1 model, so I accepted. These are the headphones I was looking for. They have performed well in noisy conditions, like mowing, have excellent sound quality, feel comfortable on the ears for hours on end, and boast excellent battery life. I'd highly recommend the M1 headphones, which, although a bit higher in price, are still an excellent deal. You won't do better with any other purchase, i don't think.Original post:If it wasn't for the remarkably and suspiciously cheap price on these, I'd be sorely disappointed in my purchase. First off, THESE ARE NOT NOISE CANCELLING. That's a flat out lie in the ad. In fact, neither the packaging nor the product nor the booklet even mentions it. The sound quality is just okay. Battery life is short. Useless on a plane because they're Bluetooth, which doesn't work in airplane mode (duh! Wasted my money on these!).These became my mowing headphones but don't even excel at that because they hurt to wear for more than a half hour or so.

Good headphones for the price!
UPDATED:Over-ear: While they don't quite fit as well as my Sennheiser headphones I bought many many years ago, they do fit my kids nicely. I found them to be a bit small for my taste but i also feel my head is larger than most. I didn't receive any comfort complaints from my kids who wear them for hours at a time. I have yet to find headphones that I can wear for more than an hour without having to take a break.BT Signal: The audio cuts out from time to time when paired with my Android TV box. I blame the TV box as the headphones have been working well with phones, tablets, and computers.Audio quality: I've heard better, but not at this price point. For what these cost, the audio is amazing. Honestly, I am amazed that the audio sounds as good as it does considering the price of these headphones. The bass is responsive, the tone is crisp, an there is no perceptible distortion. The 57mm drivers deliver good sound.Noise cancelling: This is where it gets weird. So the marketing industry has this problem - they advertise something and let you fill ion the gaps. For instance, "noise cancelling" vs. "ACTIVE noise cancelling". When you read the prior, you may think "active" or assume it. But this isn't the case. My Sennheiser's could be consider "noise cancelling" as the cups fit over my ears completely and block out a lot of the ambient noise from the room. BUT they don't completely block out all noise/sound. That's the different "active" noise cancelling gives you. Active NC will use electronics to block out all sound using a mirror/negative sound wave to cancel out the surrounding room sounds. So while these headphones are not advertise as "active" NC, they do block out a lot of room noise and allow you to listen to music with less distractions from the room you're in (such as kids, dogs, birds, etc.)Overall: For the price, you will probably not find better headphones. Considering the super long standby time, the super long play time, the audio quality and the ease of use, these headphones will meet your wireless needs.

In love with everything but this...
I've owned eight pairs of these headphones. That should tell you two things. One, I absolutely love the headphones. Two, they have a fatal flaw. The drivers and the speakers and the quality of the sound produce amazing Bass and crisp notes and tones. The faux leather withstands the test of time and hundreds of miles of sweat and endurance running. They look good, they sound good, they are good. And they could be great. It could be the best damn over the ear headphones for the price. Except...The headband plastic is guaranteed to break. I know it is because I've broken eight of them. I've duct taped them. Cursed them. I've held them and cried mid-run. I've shouted to the heavens, and it's quiet response was "Just buy some more my son they're $30."Either an unfortunate design flaw or a conspiratorial certainty, because of these headbands and their brittle nature I both quietly hate and infinitely love these headphones. It's like renting perfection.Im all honestly the microphone is a 6 out of 10, but the headset still gets five stars.

Sounds decent, but has some problems.
What a piece of junk. Constantly drops bluetooth connection every minute or two. You have to reset it to get it to reconnect. Even when it does stay connected for any length of time, sound cuts in and out. Save yourself money and frustration and buy something better.Edit-After posting this review, the vendor sent me a new set of headphones! I tried them out, but immediately had the same problem of audio cutting out and losing connectivity, even when using the included audio cable. After much testing, I finally discovered that the problem was caused by having another bluetooth audio device active on my phone at the same time. I have a Logitech bluetooth device connected to my stereo. If that device was turned on, these headphones constantly lost connection with my phone. On the other hand, if I turned on both devices, but listened to the Logitech one, it didn't have any dropouts on it at all, even after listening for over 30 minutes. The dropouts even happened when I had my phone in my pocket, but was 50 feet from the Logitech device. In addition, the replacement headset constantly reports less than 8% battery life left, even after charging overnight. It will work for over 4 hours on this "8% left" charge. I suspect something is wrong in the battery monitoring system, I don't believe that the battery only has 8% life left. This doesn't affect the performance of the product, it is just annoying.By the way, there was no microphone included in either of my headsets. That doesn't matter to me, I don't have any use for one anyway.Based on this new information, I am changing my rating to 3 stars.

Decent hardware for the price, but Horrible casing.
I bought these the 7th of January for a lighting deal ($24) in hopes that they would be a good deal for the price. Just this morning, the 1st of February, they broke under its own stress. I must have a large head because they always sat a bit tight on my head, tight enough to even turn my ears red.Sound via Bluetooth wasn't so bad, just a little soft. Battery life was pretty good as well. Lasted two weeks with about 6 hours of use every day. With the wire, the sound easily gets washed out with the terrible bass. I also always had a buzzing/humming noise while connected via Bluetooth that got tiring really quickly. The power button is used for pairing, voice command, and powering on/off the device. I didn't mind this at all except for a few occasions when i tried turning it off only to get the voice commands and accidentally call someone.Honestly, I didn't mind its shortcomings for the price i got it at. If it didn't break under its own pressure I would still be using it. But now I truly feel like i wasted my money. I've never had a headband break even when I mishandled a device. For it to break on its own is simply shotty production.Perhaps I can salvage the hardware inside since it still works but besides that, I wouldn't recommend this product.

The headband is comfortable on my head
I purchased these at full price on the basis of the positive reviews. I have several pairs of headphones for reference comparison including Bose wireless and Plantronics.First off, let's agree we are comparing $30 headphones to those three times the price in the interest of fairness.Construction seems adequate for gentle use but I would focus on gentle. The headband is comfortable on my head. Some folks have felt they fit tight -- they are snug, but not tight for me and I have a generous portioned head.I am not an audiophile, so I will focus on sound in general terms. The bass is rich, but not muddy. The highs are crisp. The stereo separation is excellent. Again, the caveat here is for the price range. The sound does get a little distorted at higher volumes, but the headphones are louder than the Bose and Plantronics at higher volumes. I do not recommend listening to music at high volumes however. If you want Bose, you pay for Bose. That said, I honestly can't say that to my ears, the sound and construction merit an extra $220 for the Bose. Depends on what you're looking for and are willing to spend.Thank you for reading this review.

Bad customer service!
Initially they were great, very good sound quality and easy to use (that still holds true), but one of the plastic size adjuster things broke so I have to have that side all the way up to wear them, also I see a lot of hairline cracks on both sides after closer observation, construction seemed good and they were relatively sturdy before that, they hold tight to your head so after a couple hours they do get a bit uncomfortable, but they're great for mowing because they stay on (which is what I got them for), I have a very rough yard so they should work well for anyone who wants to use them for mowing, as of now I would still recommend them to others. I haven't figured out how to contact the seller about this yet but I will, hopefully they'll take care of this issue for me, if so I'll post an update and change my review back to 5 stars instead of 3.Update: after about 10 emails back and forth between me and Bluedio I have come to the conclusion that my broken headset will not be replaced, I gave them my order number and whatever else they asked for and nothing, they claim they can't find my order, the last email I sent them I clearly stated I was not happy with their product or customer service and that I'd be happy to change my good review to a bad one, so that's what this is. Do not buy this product. They email you right back and try to act all friendly but they don't help and they won't make it right. Looks like I'm going to have to look elsewhere for a Bluetooth headset that won't just break on me and if it does customer service will actually help me. Hopefully my review prevents you from buying this because if they won't help customers by replacing a broken $35 headset then I'll see to it that they lose more than it would've costed to make it right by losing potential customers. Customer service is everything and clearly Bluedio lacks very much in that department and the quality department.

Present for my niece
I'm giving it 5 stars because my niece absolutely loves it. It was a birthday present that prolonged my favorite aunty status, so well worth the 5 Star rating. However, I'm unable to tell you anything about the technical stuff. I read the other reviews of many (many!) headphones for sale here on Amazon and I noticed that in those other reviews this particular one was mentioned a couple of times as a better option. And that's what sold it to me.

Good for the price
Considering the price, the sound quality is ok, albeit a bit muddy. Bass overshadows the higher tones a bit. Easily paired with two of my three devices. One paired after numerous attempts with no indication of what I did differently.Build seems sturdy with hard plastic the predominant material, as one might expect from a lower end unit. Battery is long lasting and controls are easy to use. I have not yet tried the mic to see what the quality is like.My main complaint is the inflexibility of the headband. Perhaps I have a big head but they feel particularly tight, on the verge of being uncomfortable. Maybe I'll get used to them or they will gain some flexibility over time (can that happen to plastic?) but for now it's a tight fit. First impressions are that I'm satisfied and what one might expect for the price.
