I'm going give this stuff 5 stars because it does what it claims to - block the frequency. After 1 coat I went around the room with a Zapchecker which indicates hotspots of frequency penetration into the room and found no hotspots. The Zapchecker remained negative all the way around the room high or low, anywhere, next to doors windows also. The scanner radio can still pick up normal transmissions and I suspect one might get a cell phone to work a bit, but it might have trouble. Cracks in the doors, the window, etc. is what causes a little bit of reception.I painted the door casing, inside the door jambs, doors, floor and everything, then went over it with regular paint. There is still frequency coming into the adjoining bath up high on the wall, but when it gets to the painted room it stops. I really should paint every room in the house with this stuff. I've really had it with the surveillance morons. When you are sitting in a hotspot it can't be good for you or your eyes.If you're still having frequencies after using this stuff it's probably because military grade super high gig infra-red radar is being used to penetrate many homes. We are supposed to be "secure in our papers and possessions", but the U.S. is a scam, ignoring the Constitutional protections it's supposed to observe. Now you see why people 'take the knee'. This place, the U.S., has been turned into a piece of genuine crap.

I had to put multiple coats on for it to fully cover. I was using a roller. A brush worked better for getting a thick coat. I'm only seeing about a 20dB drop after the paint was applied.
