The veneer is very nice looking, when you touch it though, the soap dispenser is made out of plastic. It still feels pretty nice. The package came with alot of instructions and how to troubleshoot the soap dispenser in case the soap gets hard and stuck in the nozzle, etc. I really appreciated that because alot of times products which I need to install don't come with instructions on Amazon. My kid really loves the dispenser.

This thing is so ugly. Supposed to look like wood but it literally looks like laughable plastic. It’s so ugly. And when you put your hand under it it takes a while for it to sense that your hand is there and then you have to keep putting your hand back-and-forth at least three times in order to get enough soap to come out. I should’ve known to go with the higher quality item but my bath is done and all teaks and Wood and I wanted something to match but I guess this is going to go in the laundry room LOL

Nice soap dispenser with on and off switch to save batteries. The amount of soap that comes out for handwashing is perfect. I like having a soap dispenser that I don’t have to touch when my hands are dirty. Refilling is easy and there’s a window to see the amount of soap in the unit. The wood design matches nicely with my bathroom.

It’s honestly not very well made. My husband was trying to add soap (it was a gift from me), and part of the assembly fell inside of the holder. It looks nice in the photo, and I don’t mind that it’s molded plastic, but there’s a seam that runs from top to bottom that is very obvious. It’s just not very well made.

This is a very nice looking piece that works as well as any motion activated dispenser we've had. It does dispense a bit too much soap most of the time and this is not adjustable .

I use in kitchen and bathroom with liquid hand soap, softsoap, that I also purchased through Amazon. I love this auto soap dispenser. Its bamboo color is very pretty with my cabinets and gives the correct amount of soap every time as I do wash my hands often. The price is very reasonable compared to others I have researched. Had to return, after first battery change the motor ran continuously and would not shut off.
