Very good chair! Fits my spine beautifully. If I had any complaints it would be that I can't lock the armrests in their settings, and they are a tad jiggly.

This chair is amazing. It is a great chair for anyone. For someone with back problems it is a Godsend and worth every penny of the cost.

Considering high price, it was not worth penny at all.Lowerback support system for this chair is SERIOUSLY GOOD.each cushion(penal) is held by piece of rubber that's super durable (they say that it's type of rubber used in tank's belt)The stiffness of that piece of rubber is so well made that however you shift your body, those cushions follow your motion to support the right spot (lumbar)Most of the 'ergonomic' chairs don't do that.It's only comfortable when you're sitting straight. But this one follows and supports as if it detects your body motion.people with lower back problems, GET THIS.
