The durable, but soft and flexible, neoprene armband attaches securely to your arm with a velcro flap and will not slide around while you work out. A clear protective cover allows full use of your iPhone screen so you can change a song or pick up a phone call without having to remove your phone from the armband. The velcro closure band has two sizing options which allows the armband to fit most: anywhere from 8 to 14 inch arms.

The armband material isn't as nice as the Tuneband
Really great-- I bought this to replace a Tuneband running band I used with my iphone 4 when I got an iPhone 5. The armband material isn't as nice as the Tuneband, but I was able to use the strap from the Tuneband with this case, and that's working great for me. The case itself fits my phone well and doesn't move on my arm when I'm running.
