I purchased this basketball hoop since it included a 1-time glass replacement. This would be a 5-star, but they are not holding up their end of the bargain which is clearly listed on the amazon page.

The hoop is AWESOME! Incredibly well built, rugged and just plain built like a tank. I always wanted a hoop in the backyard and I did not want a cheap one. The pole for this hoop isn't a pole at all....its a huge, monster base. The swing arm is welded steel. The glass backboard is more professional than most high school hoops. It was so refreshing to pay good money for something and actually have it be well made. I installed the hoop with the help of two friends and it was a dog fight, but well worth it. The hoop is well worth the money, but be prepared to sweat when installing it.

This basketball pole and hoop and backboard is as good as any you would find in a professional basketball arena. In fact, I think the pole itself could hold up an overpass and hang an elephant from the hoop. The quality is A+++! although we could have installed it ourselves due to the excellent video on how to do it, however, having it professionally installed and then guaranteed was worth paying the money. After installing the pole and the backboard we had the entire backyard concreted into a basketball court and we're waiting for it to cure enough over the next few weeks so that we can paint it.

We have had our goal for 3 weeks now and could not be happier with it! We had a great experience with the installer chosen from the ProDunk website, and could not have asked for a smoother process once here. Great goal - high quality backboard and rim with an easy to use crank for heights 6-10 feet (takes about 1 minute to change full height range by hand crank on back). I have been looking for the perfect goal for a few years and this met what I have searched for. In particular, the 5 feet of overhang is what we needed for our site placement and the ProDunk Diamond met this goal perfectly without sacrificing quality!

Best basketball hoop I have ever seen. We had a lifetime and it fell apart after about a year of use. My five year old can lower my Pro Dunk Diamond hoop down to where he can use it. The construction of the Pro Dunk is above and beyond everything on the market. It far exceeded my expectations. We will have years and years of fun with our hoop and it will probably outlast me. It’s weather shield will keep it protected in our harsh Utah weather. The durability and high quality of this Pro Dunk product can’t be summed up in one little review you have to see it for yourself. Awesome goal!! Easy to install and great quality. My kids have played on it everyday for the past two weeks, they are able to lower and raise it in their own. There has been plenty of dunking going and the goal still looks and functions as the first day we installed it.

Extremely happy and everyone who comes over falls in love with it! I did get the lettering as well and I didn’t know you had to put it on yourself which was fine but a couple of letters didn’t want to stick so I just left them on longer before I pulled of the cover. The bottom cover that covers the screws was too small but I called and I just have to send them a photo and they said they would send me the right size one. So I’m doing that next! The hoop is amazing and very good quality!

This hoop is so well constructed. It’s one massive hunk of metal. It’s awesome. Love it. It isn’t going to break bend or move. It’s solid.
