I purchased these, since my skin is pretty sensitive to pure ice. I usually need to ice my arms after allergy shots, so I invested in these. I wrap them in a towel and apply to the back of my arms. They work so nicely! Just squeeze them, wait for a pop, and shake. They will be cold instantly but not biting cold like pure ice. My only negative is the coldness does run out pretty fast- within 10-15 minutes I'd say. But, overall, they are convenient and a great thing to have on hand!

We used these ice packs at a camp for potential injuries. It was nice to have them on hand and be able to use them when needed instead of having to have ice available. Very convenient and good quality. Simplifies our lives!

This was a reorder of something I have used in the past. It is small enough to easily carry a couple in a gym bag, but large enough to cover and injury pretty well. It is easy to activate and use, and it stay cold for a decent amount of time. That is important when you actually have an injury when you need cold. All in all a very worthwhile in the gym back item

I was looking for cold packs for the worst moments of my hot flashes. I thought these would be a good idea because they are similar to the ice packs we give to patients at the medical office I work at. Those last 10-20 minutes, but I only got 4 minutes tops out of these. They are cold but, not suited for my purpose. I bought these because I figured they would be a more convenient alternative to the small icepacks I use in my lunchbox. I’m trying to find something that lasts longer than 4 minutes and can form to the back of my neck. For hot flashes, these are not suitable but they have many other uses

Perfect for home and travel! I ordered these for a trip where I would be walking quite a bit and was fresh out of a cast(for a broken bone). They were easy to pack and took up little space. They were REALLY easy to use and dispose of without making a mess for the hotel staff to clean up. They get cold quickly and stay cold. They were great for the relief of minor aches and did not slide all over the place once on flat surfaces like ottomans or pillows. They are a great price point for the quality. I had a couple left over and re-ordered to keep on hand for migraines or other mild aches and pains that my pop up, they are prefect to keep in a bedside drawer for easy access.

The size of each pack is bigger than expected which is good :). All packs came well packed. Good for emergency.
