Love this flour. It is the best I have found to make biscuits with. In fact it was what my mom and dad used to use while my siblings and I were growing up. I use to be able to find it all the time in the stores then one day nothing, I have honestly been searching for this flour for years. Thank you for finally putting it on Amazon. It is a little pricey but worth it for great tasting biscuits. Thank you for a wonderful product that hasn't changed for the worst over the years.

I bought it during the big problem of people baking at home during Covid scare. It was not on the shelf at stores. Kept it in the freezer.

I like working with this flour. It rises well and has a great flavor.

This self rising flour has the perfect amount of ingredients to make great biscuits. I used regular milk and they were still yummy.

I was glad to find this product as it produces better and fluffier biscuits. However, when it disappeared from my local grocery shelves during the last two years, I had no real substitute. There were some sellers who were offering this product at a heavy mark-up, (as well as some false advertising as to the size of the package,) but this seller has been excellent at delivering this excellent product at a reasonable price. It is the best biscuit flour I have ever used, including at least three well-known southern flour producers.

The flour taste rancid. Plus it took 3 months to arrive. I won’t ever buy it again.
