720 White LED Snowing Icicle Lights

I normally buy cheap lights but I've realised that that really is a false economy as they are normally pretty rubbish. So this year I decided to just bite the bullet and get some decent ones and I'm so pleased that I did. I live in a fairly standard semi and this is a perfect size, it goes along the front door and window and it looks great. It was easy to put up (a couple of cable ties helped) and the long cord through the front door. The cord really is long so there's plenty of room to reach a plug. There's a lot of different settings, some are I think pretty unusable as they move so fast they make your eyes go funny, but they might be good if you hate your neighbours and you never need to look at them. I've had comments from my neighbours about how good they look and my kids think that I am amazing. Well worth the money.

These lights are the best I've ever seen. Other houses have icicles up outside their houses, but ours are much better !! There is one fault with these lights which makes me give it only 4 stars. They have 8 settings, and I wanted it to be on the No.1 setting "static". But on putting them on, it always jumped to the No.2 setting "snowing". As much as I have tried, it has never started them at the setting that I had selected and always jumped to the "snowing" setting. I complained to Amazon, and they changed them immediately (good old Amazon), but the new ones do exactly the same !! So I take it as a fault in these particular lights. If you want "snowing" as a setting then these are the lights for you.

I really like these lights. They are described as warm white, but are more of a golden hue. Sort of old fashioned feel. They are plentiful and look magical. I placed my hooks one every foot and found this was about right. The only small gripe I have is that two strings of the lights that hang vertically did not light up. I had spent quite some time putting them up and it was very near to Christmas so I didn't return them. I just secured them out of the way in the gutter and moved the rest along to close the gap. I think I was probably just unlucky and would definitely recommend them.

Nice bright lights and an excellent light length. However although they have multi speed selections, the required sequence needs to be set every time they are turned on as it does not remember the last setting. The default is slow snowing, so if you want static or any other speed, this would need to be set every time they are turned on. Question posted to vendor asking if my set is faulty but received no reply within the 2 days required by Amazon!

These lights are so lovely, really easy to attach to the guttering with the clips provided and the 240 size perfectly fit my semi detached house.Lots of different settings ranging from constant on and lots of different speed s of flashing.5 stars

Looks good when up and sparkles well. It could benefit from more hooks for such a long length of cable, so we had to buy more. Good length of initial cable before the lights start and the timer is easy to use.

Beautiful bright lights, which are well made and quality. We were so impressed with the fitting clips which clip onto guttering making installation much easier.They are easily controlled using the switch. A good product at a good price.

High quality product going strong for 3 years now. I got these refurbished from the Amazon Warehouse and saved a packet so glad the lights are very well made and look fantastic.Edit, sod's law I suppose for writing that review but today - about a week into their 3rd christmas - they have broken completely for no reason that I can find... Transformer box seems a bit cheap and plastic maybe? Not so high quality after all...
