This probably is the closest you can come to the olive juice flavor in an imitation, but it is very salty. A little bit goes a long way, but I'll order again because I've tried two others and they're nowhere near as good as this one.

Very salty but good as an addition to juice from olives jar. Adds a nice sharp taste. Unfortunately our latest bottle came with a cracked cap and stains from loss of product. We used some of it; hopefully it won’t harm us.

I was a bit skeptical at first but I have to say, It tastes amazing and smells and tastes like olives you buy in a jar. The price was a bit high for me having never tried it before.
