Crystaline Housewares 5 gallon Water Dispenser-Drinking Water Pump, Use for Kitchen or Survival Kits

It's Ok, I guess I will just never find one like I had in the VI, where bottled water is a necessity. This looked the closest to it so I was hopeful. It does the trick, but the neck will never thread securely to the bottle, sometimes wanting to pop off if one's aggressive with it. I've learned to handle it without making a mess, but if the bottle is on the fuller side, my partner and daughter will get some kind of back splash. When I find a deal on a different design I will likely give something else a shot an keep this for backup. It does break down into smaller parts and comes with a cleaning brush so that's convenient. The top blue part of the pump itself can tend to get caught up under the base part of the pump, hence a suggestion of gentleness when operating. Not too bad if needing one on a budget, but definitely not my favorite. You get what you pay for.

it works for the most part....the long stem that goes in the bottle comes apart frequently and so we have to take off and put back together, often. the ring around the neck does not tighten down. if this was just for ocassional use it would be great, but for everyday use with 80 employees, it requires more attention to keep pieces together.

Does as it says however we had issues with it staying on the bottle. Its very wobbly and the press can get stuck easly on the sides if you don't press it down exactly on the middle.

I like the pump, installed somewhat, and it does pump my 5g Alkaline water, however I feel like directions should be more thorough, and my swivel piece feels as though its stripped, and will not tighten completely.

I purchased this because our water dispenser leaked water everywhere and I didnt feel like getting a new right off the bat. So to save money I got this. Everyone complained about using it at first but now theyre use to it.1 issue I do have with it, is that the tube isnt as long. It's shy 2 inches, which is a pretty good amount of water that is still left.

Didn't fit on the water jug we bought at Walmart to bring to Burning Man with us. It never fully connected and as a result was super wobbly. We had to hold it on top of the water jug every time we tried to use it. The big blue button would also sometimes get stuck in the down/depressed position. Overall it was a bit disappointing. I wish we had been able to test it out before bringing it on our trip, because we would have returned it.

This is my second purchase of this item. The first one was a chore but this one works like a charm. Pumping the water is easy and fast. Leads me to believe that the first purchase may have been faulty. Thus 4 stars.

Doesn't work as good as other brands but it does the job, had to take the lid off the fix the plastic inside once so far hopefully it stays.
