Great case. Fits well and I think this is the best waterproof case available right now on amazon. I do have issues with the screen. It has scratches on it even though it looks new.Update: seller changed my case without any issues. The new case is in great condition. Would definitely recommend

Edit: I just received one of the new redesigned cases and looks like the issue with gap has been resolved! The screen is still very responsive, facial recognition works very well. Screen responds well even when laying flat. I have not tested the waterproof yet but it does seem like it will be waterproof. I will test it tomorrow and update again after.Nice and thin and comfortable to hold, not all clunky like some other cases. Definitely waterproof and sealed nicely. But, there is a design flaw thats pretty significant. There is a gap between the screen of the case and the ipad, which causes major delay or nonresponsive touch. Contacting the seller I was told to open the charge port and basically burp it, rolling your hand down the screen to get the air out. Due to being waterproof air traps inside easily when putting it in. This did work, to a degree. But the outer edges still did not respond well if at all and when I opened the port to charge it, the air went right back in. We never could figure it out, seller issued a refund. Hoping there will be a redesign so I can order again. The case itself is very nice, but the one flaw and its one that cant be overlooked.

I like this case cause it snapped on easily and is not big and bulky like most cases! It’s designed well and is definitely waterproof, which is really important since I have teething babies holding onto my phone all the time! Happy with my purchase!

I bought an iPad mostly for use as a sailboat navigation aid, and therefore need some kind of protection from the elements. I did not want a bulky package that would make it inconvenient to use for other tasks out of the cockpit. This product meets my needs well. The seal around the perimeter has a solid appearance and feel, yet the overall package is slim and doesn't degrade much from the sleek look of the iPad Pro. A rubber cap covers the charging port which is easily accessed when needed (although not in a waterproof way). The microphone and speaker ports can be used normally, though there is some attenuation, as expected. For the price, this is a great solution.

I tried it for my iPhone 11 pro max. As I needed hardened waterproof case, I found correct one. Fitting of the case is perfect. It covers edge protection too. Also protect back side glass of iPhone 11 pro Max.

Make sure to wipe both iPad screen and screen protector, as dust can get caught in and annoying to take out. I like the screen protector, no longer buying separate screen protectors cuz they’re annoying to install. Not a fan of the thick border but it will do for now. The kickstand is not easy but also not hard to adjust, but it works well. The ring on the back of the case also came loose but I don’t use it much. The strap is nice as well, you can turn the iPad into an iPurse. Lol

I was skeptical at first but so happy that I decided on this purchase. Extremely easy to put on and take off. I didn’t do the water proof test for the whole 30 minutes , but then again I don’t plan on submerging my iPad in water at all. I left the case alone (with a piece of paper inside) in the pool for about 5 minutes and the paper was 100% dry! The case is always very responsive with my Apple Pencil.
