Please be aware that this product is nothing like the image shown. The item is for self assembly and is not pre-decorated as shown. I checked the item listing and it did not state that this was the case. When I received my item the packaged contained the actual garland (all rolled up) with several bags of baubles, flowers etc. However the baubles were either dinted, had circular holes on one side, or had patches of glitter missing. The poinsettia flowers were not a gold colour, they were yellow and were mis-shaped. All in all a very poor item. I did contact the seller for a full refund and after several partial refund offers I did obtain a full refund. I was unable to leave a zero star rating, hence the one star.

Nice garlands but a bit pricey and some of the baubles were damaged

Did not use this.Baubles smashed .bad packing.Cheap looking.Tryed to get our money back.They did not want it back.So bought it for 5 pounds to put it.Straight in the bin.

I was a little reserved after reading previous reviews but decided to try to put this together. The garland was very poor condition I ended up with more on me and the floor by the time I had unravelled. The baubles had no tops on, flowers were the same and appeared unfinished. There was nothing included to physically attach the baubles or the flowers to the garland. Everything was very poor quality and nothing like the picture. Perfect example of buy cheap by twice. This Item went in the bin I wouldn’t waste your money!

this garland is off very poor quality,as others have said already , not as described at all, everything comes in bags,most of them where already ripped open,as I opened the parcel baubles fell out!! you have to fit everythin on yourself,very poor quality,just threw straight in the bin!! as I had it too long to return,kept until this week as I thought all I had to do was put up on day,hoiw wrong was I, this seller should be taken off amazon,poor poor quality goods,,,,,

I’m quite disappointed with this. It’s self assembly, which is fine but none of the baubles have come with tops so you can’t use them. I’ve had to purchase my own separately and use gold ribbon instead.

SAVE YOUR MONEY !! Never thought this would have happened but I’m thankful my boyfriend was paying attention! Putting the lights on was easy as anything, but the lights you supplied started to smell a bit odd once I turned them on . Then luckily my boyfriend looked over to see the part of the tree on fire and was able to put it out ! I’m furious with this and never ever ever going to trust this site again. Sort it out!
