Shower head is well made of 100% metal. Easy to install. I like the 3 spray options. Especially enjoy the MIST OPTION. The water pressure is great!

I got fed up after my 3-month old shower head cracked its (plastic) connection. I could get a new part but whats the point, it’s plastic! This thing is built like a tank for the same price, okay $10 more. The 3 spray options are very different, really like the mist power. The hose is metal too and hangs nicely. Just a quality build all around. Looks great.

we are on a fixed income, so this showerhead was more than I wanted to spend, especially since I bought two of them. but the reviews were great and it said it would increase our water pressure which was really important to me since ours is very low. It was packaged beautifully, and included extra gaskets, and the Teflon tape, so everything you needed to install It was in the box. Since it was made of metal and not plastic, it felt very solid and well-made. It installed easily and quickly and looks good. Unfortunately it did not increase our water pressure as I had hoped. It pretty much feels the same as our old plastic showerhead, but it does look better. I figured I’d install one and if it didn’t work, I’d send the other one back, but my husband surprised me by installing the other one while I was out. So I guess we’re keeping them both, and while they look nice, they are not performing as I’d hoped. Honestly, I don’t think it’s the showerhead‘s fault. Apparently we are just doomed to a life of low shower pressure.

This thing is like pure heaven! Closest thing to spa treatment I've been able to get in my own home. No need to remove any water saver, cause it has great flow just the way it comes. Easy to install, light weight, but feels sturdy like it will last. My old one had more spray options and I was afraid I'd miss them with this one only having 3, bit honestly those 3 do everything I need/want. The only thing I'm not happy about is under the description of this product there is information on how you can go about getting the 360° adapter free with purchase of the showerhead/hose. I followed the instructions and added the adapter to my cart along with the showerhead/hose and then went to check out and entered the promo code in the box just as it said. However it still charged me the full price for the adapter. I noticed it and contacted Amazon within 5 minutes of finalizing my purchase and was met with confusion from not just 1 but 2 customer service people I spoke with over chat. I had to go as far as sending screenshot of the information to get this thing free along with link them to the product page for the showerhead where the information is found. I spent well over 30 minutes just trying to get them to understand that I simply wanted them to honor the 360° adapter being free with purchase of the showerhead, that I had followed the instructions given, but it still charged me. They told me I'd have to wait until I received my items and then request my money be refunded!! My purchase hadn't even shipped yet!!! Why was it so hard to put the amount I was overcharged back on my card?? Anyway, I haven't yet gone back to take care of this yet because I'm dreading the confusion and runaround I'm going to get....but I suppose I better go get it done! So overall, great product...just don't be expecting to get your adapter for free as advertised, even if you follow directions to a T. Frustrating to say the least. Shouldn't be advertising this if it's not true. I WANT MY MONEY BACK FOR THE ITEM THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE FREE WITH PURCHASE, PLEASE.

May be the best shower head I've used. All three settings have their uses, but the main setting has great pressure and coverage. Highly recommend.

Great full-metal product. It works as advertised and was an easy installation.

02/23/2026 PROS...initial opinion 1. well made 2. long flexible hose 3. unit provides good water pressure...but i removed the flow restrictor in the handle of the shower wand CONS 1. you cannot completely clean the shower wand. i've soaked mine in vinegar, diluted bleach, scrubbed it with cleanser, and used tools to try and remove buildup in the little holes where it sprays (this effort only pushes build up and debris into the SEALED space behind the spray holes...the debris just removed will only reenter the shower head holes from behind). superficially, cleaning efforts will make the shower head look better...but there are places which are impossible to clean. so i bought a new hammerhead replacement shower head set and then DISMANTLED the old one...which, as expected, had buildup and black gunk lodged where no amount of soaking, scrubbing, or using high pressure water spray would ever reach and clean the interior...it's an entirely tightly sealed unit with no way for dissolved debris to be flushed out. my question is if hammerhead spent so much time designing their products, why not also make it easily cleanable? i have hard water as do many areas in this country...hard water is not new. i should not need to purchase a water filter if YOUR PRODUCTS were truly designed for a "lifetime". your products are expensive, and many people are willing to spend extra to support a MADE IN THE USA company and their products. sadly, your product's functionality don't last any longer than the cheap, plastic MADE IN CHINA versions i could purchase in walmart. it's ridiculous to expound on the long-lasting metal housing when it becomes useless because it can't be cleaned. so very disappointed. DO BETTER.

The product arrives early and is packaged extremely well. It is a solid build and is very attractive. It was an extremely easy install. This is my second showerhead from them. I have had the first one for over a year and there has been no problems whatsoever. It is made with high grade steel and copper, so is not going to crack like the ones I have purchased before. We have 2 4 piece bathrooms, and I have probably bought over 10 showerhead replacements, they were most plastic and made by supposedly valid companies-not cheap-ranging around 70$. The one in my lower bathroom broke after a year and a half 2 days ago. I am sick of replacing these plastic shower items. So I purchased another Hammerhead showerhead so I don't have to do this again. Wonderful US product. Lifetime warranty. All the things you need are in the box including the tools, plumbers tape, easy instructions etc. This company rocks! And it made in the USA. I'm Canadian and I'm only buying products from Canada and the US. I highly recommend this product. Thank you Brand Hammerhead Showers for making a product that lasts, is beautiful! Also, it saves the environment by not having to throw those plastic showerheads into the landfill. Which there must be millions! Can't recycle those plastic ones.

This product does exactly what it says it will and is worth your money if that's what you need, but that's not the point. I am so impressed with how much attention to detail HammerHead has put into packaging this product. I bought this fully expecting to put on my inadequately qualified "plumber" hat to install it, borrow a bunch of plumber tools, make a giant leaky mess when my installation went wrong, etc. Nope. The showerhead comes with a spanner wrench and silicone tape. It comes with all the washers and seals, placed where they ought to be, and packaged carefully so nothing gets lost, dinged, or damaged during delivery, unpacking, and installation. And even then, there are extra washers if you're a klutz like me (the one I lost did turn up eventually when I was cleaning everything up, but losing it didn't derail my installation)! In my opinion, that level of attention to detail and care is beyond consideration for the end user and has earned my kudos and recommendations. One minor setback: I think the brand new showerhead I was replacing was metric. Regardless, the nut on its shower arm thread was slightly bigger than the included spanner wrench, and I did need another tool to get my showerhead off. I imagine that if my showerhead had been imperial, I could have used the included wrench to get it off. All of that is my conjecture, though, as I am, as I mentioned, not actually a plumber. I AM having excellent showers now, so thank you!

I finally made the switch (after quite a bit of research) to an all metal shower head. Every shower head I’ve owned previously has been made out of polished plastic and has broken down after 1 to 1.5 years of use. The most recent was a MOEN Engage 26112. It looked and functioned great, but like all the previous ones I’ve owned, the plastic adapter that screws into the valve that comes out of the shower wall slowly cracked over time (most probably due to the shift in cold and hot water that streams through the steel valve). The shower head then proceeded to sputter and water sprayed from the cracks of the adapter. I had enough, and jumped on the Hammerhead Shower head. It came packaged with a lot of thought. Each piece was wrapped in a cloth bag and also had some heft (esp. the piece that screws into the steel valve coming out of my shower wall). Instructions were included and various bonus items (like plumber’s tape (who does that anymore??), a small wrench, extra valve washers). It’s one of the most complete sets I’ve seen (in a long time). Large manufacturers like MOEN and Delta have gone the cheaper route by manufacturing cheap plastic shower heads that continuously end up in the landfill, but Hammerhead Showers really put a lot of thought into their products. The shower ran great this morning with the 3 included spray modes (regular, rain mist and jet), no leaks at all. I may have just converted into a new Hammerhead customer.

Nice, heavy, solid quality. There are three simple settings. One mist setting, one strong powerful massage setting, and one wide, almost rain shower setting. I am totally happy with the quality of this showerhead. Even the metal hose seems to be of superior quality. The only reason this item gets only four stars, is that the wide rain shower setting is not very strong. It's funny, because the massage setting is almost too strong. I'm not sure why this is the case. Nevertheless, I will enjoy this showerhead for many, many years I'm sure.

So easy to install, and works beautifully. Well worth the cost for such a quality product.
