Coyote Creek Certified Organic Feed - Chick Starter - 20lbs

The chicks gobbled this up. No problems, smelled good, ground to a good size. I have two young flocks currently eating this food, and they are both doing well. I have had chickens since the 1970s and would say that this is a well above average product.

I have my baby ducklings eating this feed (I do add Brewer's yeast to it for them for the niacin). They absolutely love it. It looks and smells so fresh! Great product. I agree the shipping is the only downfall but it is what it is. It costs $$ to ship a 20 lb box!LisaDuck Eggs Daily on Facebook

I had to buy 2 more bags because my chicks would not eat the other one I bought. They loved this like hell and they grow fast. The problem is the shipping. Not so much of the shipping price but the delayed time of delivery. One would have thought even with the high shipping price, it would arrive earlier.

My chickens love this feed, no joke. I recommend trying to buy it locally to save money, which i will do next. Only bought on here because i had a gift card. Five stars for the product though.

Great feed. Terrible shipping charges. One scoop of this feed next to any other organic chick starter and you will immediately see the difference.

Can't say I would eat it but my chickens loved it.Shipping costs are the biggest down fall.You r what you eat so if you prefer gmo go mainstream feed.My chickens are layers and I want the best for them and me.

The expensive shipping makes it cost prohibitive. My chicks did like it but they also like the cheap stuff.
