Information about the filters are factual. Very simple to replace and no leakage. Had new installed water drop system installed June ‘25. Really nice system. Water taste is very good.

Needed my yearly filter swap for the RO system I have run for over two years now. These twisted right in without any leaks and the instructions made the reset process simple. My only complaint is having to run the water for fifteen minutes to flush them out during setup (but that's the case with all these systems). Worth knowing: The package contains two front pre-filters and one carbon block filter which covers a full year of use.

We have had our filtration system for about 3 years now and we love it. Changing the filters is easy and simple.

Love my water drop. I ordered here because they were a few dollar cheaper or gave me 2 heavy metal removers to one chlorine remover.... i don't remember. Filter saw now issues or complaints and after using them up to reorder, it lasted as long as the came with it filters.

We bought this RO system a couple of years ago. This was 2nd time I've ordered these filters. They work quite well and are super easy to install. They don't leak, and the water flow is great. It's hooked to the RO faucet on the sink and the ice/water dispenser in the fridge. We also have a water softner because the water is incredibly hard in our area. Using the water from the RO that uses these filters, I only have to descale my Delonghi automatic about once a year or less. This is a great system!

We always need to drink a very good quality of water that is safe. Good products and good quality.

You've no other choice but to buy these filters if you wish to keep your Waterdrop RO system working. You will be doomed if you have a faulty faucet because it won't show you the warning light for filter replacement. You need to disconnect the power supply of the faucet and flush out the system to get the latest status of the filters. Pretty clumbersome but fortunately the support team can explain how you could troubleshoot....if you could get hold of them. Good luck.

Great service Great filters this whole system works great and is so nice to have the confidence of RO water for drinking washing vegetables with and cooking etc a great investment for clean water looking out for myself and my family regarding the filthy water they expect us to drink that comes out of the tap..

Filters too expensive and hard to order when you live in Canada.
