Horrible...waste of cash.
Easy to use because it doesn’t work. This has been on my phone for a DAY, and it charged it once. You truly get what you pay for. This lump of rocks is heavy, and doesn’t even work. Don’t waste you time and money ordering this, and then having to return it. Awful product. The reviews warned me, but I wanted a case quickly. Do NOT buy this worthless product! Now let’s see how long and hard it is to replace it, or get my money back.

Read directions FIRST
I love having the extra battery power: the extra weight is well worth it. Just be sure to read the directions first. I almost ruined it by bending the contact when I tried to install it like a regular case.

Owned less than 60 days before it would no longer charge my phone.
I tried contacting the seller FNSON by email through Amazon. ZERO response. I expected better. The case would nolonger charge my IPhone 11 Pro Max - I owned it for less than 60 days.

You get what you pay for
Worked fine for a few weeks but it’s now failing to charge.

Very Fragile - Broke easily
This worked great for 3 weeks. Then I dropped my phone from less than 3 ft, and it stopped working. I'm looking for a more durable option.

Stopped working
The case looks nice and has a good feel but after a month the lights go on in the back but it does not charge the phone.

Lightweight and nice design.
I like this case. Battery cases I had for older iPhones had two pieces that snapped together. Phone slides in with this case. Lightweight at 4.4 oz.

Poor connector.
The connector has failed after only 3-4 months of us. Loses connection often when plug in car.
