As a long time user of Tabasco brand Pepper Sauce, I have long wanted an alternative to its overly vinegar forward flavor as well as its too prominent heat. Crystal has long been a favorite of chefs and home cooks who like Louisiana style cuisine. It delivers a wonderful spicy flavor with just the right amount of heat in my opinion. And the vinegar level is less pronounced so you appreciate the pepper flavor. In short, it is a great alternative to its hotter kindred for all purpose flavoring!

Great hot sauce if you like the vinaigrette cayenne hot sauce without any extra spices, tastes like chicken wing sauce, real good flavor I think it’s better than Tabasco and the vinegar isn’t as strong as it is with Tabasco, I like to get this and put a lot more of it on things so the only downside is the bottle goes quicker, not a great travel size but a good home size for the 6 ounce.

Lo compré con reservas porque no tengo mucha tolerancia al pique pero me lo recomendaron como sabroso. Ciertamente tiene un sabor muy rico, que hace que el pique no opaque ese sabor.

It is a good sauce, it just did not have enough flavor for me. I like my sauces to be flavorful on top of being spicy. It has the spicy down, just missed on flavor.

Sampled the assortment of offerings recently at our neighborhood Cajun place and Crystal changed my mind on the spot. Not the zippiest, but also added a very nice flavor to the dishes. Not available in our local stores - yet, but I’m working on that! Recommended!
