Feels so good. Prior to receiving this heating pad from Amazon, I used an old men's sock filled with rice and lavender essential oil for the past 5 years. I used sock for back pain, neck pain, shoulder pain and tennis elbow. The sock served me well but it was definitely time for it to go.. I should have checked Amazon sooner .. had no idea I could buy something as great as the Nature Creation heating pad. My new pad actually temporarily takes pain away which allows me to take less Tylenol and allows me to heal quicker. It's so much easier to clean than my old sock. Good find.

Ordered this for my brother who has bad neck issues after an accident years ago. I have one, LOVE it, and knew he would too. The "Hot Pocket" is well made and made in the U.S.A. He likes it a lot. He is in Upstate N.Y. and after working outside on a farm all day his neck is stiff and hurts. He said the first time he used it he fell asleep it relaxed him so much. I use mine for back, neck, and knees. I have bad knees and sometimes they act up after leg day. After a leg day now I use "Hot Pockets" helps my knee not hurt as bad after. I think you will love this. I will be buying more for sure!

This is an amazing, yet simple product! There are 3 bags of rice, tucked inside a pretty, print fabric "belt". You can remove any of the rice bags to customize the amount of heat/cold you need. We haven't tried freezing the rice bags yet. I heated the bags for 1 minute and they were piping hot with moist heat - just what the doctor ordered. It holds the heat for more than a half hour, which is as long as we need it warm. It has a nice fragrance of warm rice when heated.

When I initially got it there was a very weird uncomfortable musty smell. The more you use it, the more it will go away. It’s not the outer cover it’s the rice packs. It might have been stored somewhere damp so it smelled. However this thing has saved me many times from painful cramps. It’s wonderful and I absolutely love this product. Coupled with drinking warm water, my cramp pains went from a 9 or 10/10 to a 4/10.

I am pleased with this heating pad. I've tried several from Amazon and was disappointed for one reason or another, returned them and finally I found exactly what I wanted. This is very easy to use for my neck and shoulders. It doesn't slip or move around. It is comfortable and retains the heat well. I like that it is non-electric, no chance of burning wires or conking out after a few uses. Excellent.

I received the hot/cold pack quickly and am using it to heat tight hip flexor muscles, after which I do some stretches. The microwave heating instructions suggest starting out by heating the pack for 1 minute. That turns out to be a good temperature for my purposes. The instructions caution you not to heat it for longer than 2 minutes. At least in my case, I suspect 2 min. would be unworkably hot. (Time will vary depending on the power level of the microwave, of course.) The pack keeps its heat reasonably well for my 20-minute heating sessions. Since the pack is sectioned into three pockets, it can be folded in three, so it's moldable to different target area sizes. In my case, I only need a little more than a section, so I fold it over. This offers the benefit of keeping the insides of the folded sections warmer, so you can refold it occasionally to expose the warmer parts to the target area if desired. It's a bit weighty due to the three rice packets, but it sits comfortably and securely for my purposes. I can imagine using it for a sore neck or shoulders if ever needed.There is a very slight herbal scent while the pack is heated, but it's not overpowering. I'm enjoying it for its practical application and comfort.

These are really pretty and best made items of this type I have ever bought. I have only used for heat application and they stay warm for 15-20 minutes or so. Has a slight rice smell when warmed but it is pleasant. I also bought the back size in same blue print and it is equally well made. Don't overheat on microwave. I started with 1 minute 30 sec and then another 30 sec if that wasn't warm enough(2 min total).

This is an amazingly useful tool for pain. It stays warm, easy to mould around whatever ache I have. It's really helped me lower my chronic pain and pain from surgery. That being said, this thing STINKS. I gave it 3 stars because I have to be in a serious amount of pain to deal with the stench. It smells like rotten wet beans. Other reviews have indicated the smell goes away, so here's to hoping.

Ok, all of these positive reviews aren’t lying. This is one of the best heat pads on amazon. Why? 1. The rice *doesn’t move around so it is it lip sided, but sustains a balanced portion of rice in its three, sectioned off spots to give an equal warmth.2. You can wash the cloth!?3. It has a handle to hold onto so that you can sustain whatever position you want.4. The warmth lasts for 30-45 min (pretty long to me).5. And the labelling is just 70’s esq and made me laugh.6. So get it!!

This mulit-heat pack strip is well made. I like that the rice packs are removable to make the outer washable. This also makes the heatpack very versatile as there are three separate rice packs if you want heat on different areas of the body. Like all grain heatpacks, it holds heat/cold fairly well, and is almost unlimitedly reusable. The product design is well considered, and the stitching is strong.

Love the Hot Pockets. It is a perfect length, is flexible, it heats up well and stays warm for a long period of time. The seller provided excellent service and delivered it the following day.

This thing is great. It keeps warm for about an hour under the blanket, I use it for my freezing feet. It's nicely made, easy to use, and is eco-friendly. And it does the job really well, what else to wish for?
