Transfer Tape for Heat Transfer Vinyl (HTV)

This is the only HEAT transfer tape I've found for full size images and IT WORKS GREAT! These images are from the first time I used it, and I used it on printed vinyl. The very first one came out perfect. It held all the little pieces around the edge in place, and peeled away beautifully. When I did the 2nd one I noticed when I lifted it off the backing paper, it kinda bubbled up a little bit. (See the photo with the white back of the image.) I didn't want to try to reposition it and risk pulling ink off. This was the right decision. Everything flattened out on the heat press and it came out great. I did notice (see the last photo) the third one I did (all on a new sheet - I didn't try to reuse it on my first try), when I pulled it off, I lost some ink. This is not good, but since it could be user error, I may have waited too long to remove it, I'm going to leave my review at 5 stars. The only recommendation I have for improvement is - please put the grid lines on the actual tape and not the backing paper. That would be very helpful for placement on our projects.

This stuff is great but didn't work for what I thought it for. I bought it to use with sister easy subli material. It would go on, but when you tried to pick up the easy subli, tte transfer tape would easily peel off. You'd have to be very slow and intentional (both in angle and speed) to get it to stick, even after burnishing. I tried for other projects with vinyl and it was perfect.

First time doing heat transfer and this worked great! Use with an older Cricut and cut fine. Pressed to cotton shirt as well as 100% polyester and it holds good. Easy to use. Thickness is as expected.

I made iron on vinyl patches for a customer. The Item worked really well. Like everything you need to learn to work with it. I would say it looks much more professional than what I was using previously, so that is a plus. I placed a patch on a hoodie in "pocket" area. It did make the adheisive transfer tape go yellow but for the customers one time use it's okay. I did test to see if the yellow will show up on other patches or on a white garment and it did not. I would still press on an old white shirt before another use to be safe. Also once you place the transfer tape down try not to lift to adjust it did pull some ink from a patch. It wasn't major so I just cut a new fresh tape and from there on was just extra careful to try and line it up. Overall its great and protects the patch very well. Hoodie and patches look good so I'm happy! I would definitely buy again.

I ordered this item to help with transferring my iron on transfer paper. It is a game changer. It's not too sticky but just right. I can peel my images etc. with ease. It is a good value for the price as the roll is pretty large, and it has grid marks for easy and more precise cutting if needed. It is thick and durable and does not tear. It is clear so I can see my images underneath it. I will probably stick to this brand. I just need to find a way to store it other than the box it came in, but that's a personal wish on my part. Someone had suggested I purchase some transfer tape, and I have to say I am pretty satisfied that I chose this brand.

This is my first time using this transfer tape and I like it. It doesn't have a super sticky tack, but it's sticky enough to not damage my printable htv images. It doesn't leave any sticky residue on my images. It can be used more than once as well. I will definitely be buying this product again when I need it.

I like it. Worked for regular inkjet transfer paper perfectly, but for sublimation transfer paper, picked the black ink a bit. I think the black ink wasn't dry enough, because there was no problem with other colours at all. Anyways I like it and meet my expectations.

Rips the printed image off my htv (even before the heat press goes near it). Wasted my hard earned $$$ buying this.
