I like everything about this product ie easy to use! Protects the phone fully.

Doesnt fit Iphone 11 correctly
The iphone 11 Pro does not fit in this well, there is a gap at the top and the volume buttons are not aligned.Also the phone charge is intermittent, mostly never works, and extremly hard to get the charger port in place.
