Sid Snowman Ugly Christmas Sweater

order maybe 1.5 sizes up. 5'10 150lbs, slim build, somwhere btwn a 36 and 38 suit jacket. i generally wear a SMedium for department store sweaters, i wish i'd bought a large in this sweater. otherwise the graphic is terrible, but charming. a classy choice for my office ugly sweater party. gonna give it 3 stars bc it's itchy and also not true-to-size. would def wear a thin longsleeve shirt underneath so the material doesn't touch skin.

This sweater is great for the company holiday party but is a tad on the small side. I ended up putting a collared shirt underneath because it was short on me. But, that made the ugliness of it all the better!

This company sizes its garments per European sizing. I originally ordered a medium. I noticed at checkout that no size was listed with my purchase, but I couldn't figure out how to get it to show there. So, I chose Medium and completed my order. When the sweater arrived, the packing slip said 2/L. It was huge. Since I couldn't really prove I ordered a Medium, I returned at my own expense. I reviewed the sizing chart and decided to exchange for a small. This was for a Christmas present and I wasn't hearing anything from the company about the status. I searched around and found a way to contact them via their website. I sent an email and they did respond promptly. I received the replacement sweater in a few days. Unfortunately, the small was too small. It was a Christmas gift, so I returned it after the holiday. Per their return policy - which is difficult to find - they only accept returns within 7 days. It's been three weeks since I returned it and have not received a replacement nor a refund, so I will continue to try to contact them. Had I received the size medium that I originally ordered, I supposed none of this would have happened. Not a great experience.1/24/13 - I wanted to provide an update. After I emailed the company, I received an email saying that due to low stock, they would not be able to exchange the sweater and would be crediting my account for the price of the sweater plus postage. In the end, I feel like they were accommodating and honest. However, I do feel like I had to initiate everything.

Good quality sweater and really looks like granny could have made it. Also, it shipped quickly and was same price as lower quality comparable tacky sweaters/sweat shirts.

The snowman on this sweater is ridiculously shifty. Also, this is a nice quality sweater--not too thin like others I've seen--and it fits true to the selected size.

Hubby got many compliments in this sweater at two parties. Sweater was extremely well made-enough that it really couldn't be considered an "ugly Christmas sweater.
