What's not to love?
I remember back in the day when some places had 'Giveaway of the Day' concepts and that is how I first encountered products by Ashampoo. Most of my friends would say 'if they are giving it away, it must be junk' but surprisingly Ashampoo's products have proven to be sturdy and useful things. So far this one is doing everything I ask of it, so what more do you want?

You can buy it for half the price from the software company
Not very easy to use and lacks some features that I had in my other pdf editor. Also, I could have purchased for $15 after receiving it since they have it on sale on their website. My other pdf editor will remove watermarks from sample pdf files. This software will not delete things like the watermark "SAMPLE", etc.Nice to have 1 price to pay instead of a monthly fee for Adobe.

Ease of use
This product does not have a user info and unable to do the job it is supposed to do, editing pdf files. I am not happy. i will return for full refund.

Discovering this product at such a price was exciting. I have been looking to buy a PDF editor, but the costs are usually high. I require it only for basic tasks, and from my initial assessment, it appears to meet my needs.

It's not easy to use
I got this item to be able to create, sign and up load pdfs. I figured out how to add a signature but I never could create a document. Ended up downloading a free app called free PDF converter. I can use it to convert word documents I write to pdf. It works very well but it does have a persistent and annoying ad. Still why pay $29 for something you can use and end up with the free app, when you can go directly to Microsoft and download the free app without spending the $29. I wish someone had told me this.

Ashampoo PDF Pro 2 is a great product
I installed PDF Pro 2 on Windows 10 Home without any problems. I have used most of the features of this software with success. The help user guide is excellent and has answered all my questions. I have never used Adobe PDF so PDF Pro 2 is my first experience. I had one minor problem with numbering odd number pages on the lower left and numbering even page numbers on lower right in the same document. I was able to work around this problem and am still waiting to hear from Ashampoo. I have bought this product for my daughter and highly recommend it.
