This is my 2nd purchase of these great lights from this seller. My first purchase went flawlessly, meaning after hanging the lights and charging they worked just fine and are still working.However, after I received my 2nd order unfortunately, I got sick and could not put the lights up until after the 30 day returning mark.After putting up both strands, and several day's of trying to get the lights to work, I had no luck. So I contacted the seller via message telling them my situation. They sent back something for me to try which I had never heard of before.The off/on button is not like a toggle switch so you'll know when the unit is on rather you simply push the off/on button and hear a click.So the solar panel will not charge unless it is in the "On" position. So they instructed me to allow them to:Charge in the sun for a couple of hoursThen take a towel or something to cover up the solar panel with (simulating dark) to check if the lights are working or notIf they are then you know the off/on switch is in the proper positionIf not, then click the off/on button again, rinse and repeatAfter following their instructions, both of my strands of lights still did not work, so they sent me a replacement within 2 daysGreat customer service, I highly recommend buying from this seller!

They are as bright as one can expect for solar string lights, but I appreciate the deep color intensity of these particular strings. I have been lucky with these red lights as they have lasted three brutal winters. The squirrels seem to stay away from them or I wouldn't still have them. The squirrels destroyed the blue and green light versions of the exact same strings within hours of putting them up, which was infuriating. They look pretty, they ALL look pretty especially on the evergreens, but the main problem is that the cables are VERY thin and easy to break. Once a squirrel leaps into them, those lights are gone. The lights and strings also tangle very easily and are difficult to put up and remove. I won't be replacing them if they don't make it through next winter because I am done with flimsy cables on solar string in general.

Ordered the Multicolor. Each string are very long. I have three bushes in front of my house and was able to loop sting twice around bush one, run it to bush two and loop twice, then run it to bush three and loop twice (bushes are close together) and still had enough left over to loop it twice on the limbs of my hibiscus tree that sits behind the bushes. They were very easy to set up and to adjust the combination setting (I kept mines on solid as I have flashing Christmas lights on my picture and side windows).The con: They aren't very bright. I mean you can see the lights BUT they aren't as bright as the multicolored lights that I have on my windows. It's more like a low glow as if you slid a light dimmer down. I guess this is because they aren't getting the type of wattage as you would get with plug in lights.Overall, I am not disappointed because I do have lights on my bushes & trees and I don't have an electrical plug outside of my house so it's making due.

Stays lit all night, looks fantastic, very bright, easy set up. Very satisfied

I have lights in the front yard all year long. These work great and my current landscape is "fire on the mountain!" The whole front yard is decorated in red and orange lights. I'm loving it.

I loved these lights initially. They had many different lighting features from steady glow to blinking and white lights to colored lights. I especially liked how they are solar powered. I hung them on my swing and the kids loved it. I also placed them under a covered patio and loved them....until they stopped working after a month.I had 2 strands, one strand just stopped working after less than a month. I checked all the wires and connections and could not see any reason why it would stop working. I contacted the seller and to their credit, they did send a replacement. I rehung these new lights, but then the older original light set stopped working. These new lights also lasted just less than a month. Very disappointing. I really would like these lights to work, but rehanging them up every month is a drag. I cannot recommend.

These lights were very pretty, but the lights themselves are very very small. I live in northern Illinois, so when they had full sun all day, they stayed lit for quite a long time, but when it was cloudy, they would only stay lit for about an hour. They did what I wanted them to do, they were lights on a tree that I had no access for electricity, but after about one month, one of the strands stopped working completely. The different flashing options are great though. I would say that if you want them for something in a small area, or if you are in a place where you have more sun throughout the day, these would be fantastic, but I don’t recommend them for people in the north. I don’t regret buying these at all, the price was fantastic, I can almost justify having to buy new ones every year.

Put these in the rocks under my deck. Love the look at night. They twinkle beautifully.

Lo use para l decoración de día de muertos, no las he quitado, así que me sirvieron de navidad también. Las recomiendo ampliamente.
