I like the product, however, the battery pack does not make a good connection, so have to open it to turn it on and off. You can change modes w/ the remote control,

I use this over my kitchen cabinets to light the area I have decorated with plates and glassware. I like the remote and can set the timer which turns off in 6 hrs

There were only 99 lights on the set I received.

I used these for weeks and weeks every night for hours. I didn't have to refresh the batteries once. They would still be going strong on the same batteries, but we're past New Years' and it's time to pack em away. They are also very long. These are the best battery operated lights I've ever bought! Oh the remote works great too.

The media could not be loaded.  These lights do not come with instructions but are easy to figure out. The timer works like this: when you initially put on the lights, hit the timer button and that's when your timer starts. They do stay on for 6 hours and then shut off. The remote only works when extremely close to the battery box. I wish the remote worked from further away so you could stand in front on them once they are hung to see the different options. I do like that they come with 8 different lightning choices. You will need to replace the batteries every 7 days or so to maintain the bright lights. It's worth it for me since I do not have an outlet outside on my porch. I think they are a great buy. Wish they came in a strand of 50 for my door wreath. Would definitely order again. A great buy for the price!!

The colors were bright and it even came with a remote to easily turn on and off.
