A Satisfying End!
Ceaseless is Abbi Glines conclusion to the Existence Trilogy and it was a pretty good ending too all things considered.Right off the bat we know that Pagan's memory has been altered. She no longer remembers Dank and the time she spent with him, that she loves him. Her memory of him has been taken, as well as her memories of Leif and her ability to see souls is gone as well. She's a perfectly normal teenage girl about to start college.I am not sure if that makes this a new adult book while the first two are young adult? The content is really no different than the first ones, although there are a few scenes that are bit more PG-13 like that run close to R rating, but nothing totally scandalous!Dank has to make Pagan fall in love with him all over again if he wants to keep her. But Jay, Pagan's supposed soulmate stands in his way. To make matters worse, his college isn't far from Pagan's and his friend Nathan--Wyatt's reincarnated self--is his best friend who starts a relationship with Miranda, hence the four of them spend a lot of time together! But Pagan isn't really interested in Jay like that anymore, he's changed, she's changed.I was surprised to find Leif in this book, since Dank had given him and his father some pretty clear warnings to stay away from Pagan and her friends and family. Yet, there Leif is. It's kind of weird since there's three guys pursuing Pagan this time around. But Leif really never stood much of a chance as a contender, a fact he doesn't take well and ends up driving Pagan and Dank further apart.Pagan has to have the chance to fall in love with both Dank and Jay and then choose Dank over her soulmate in order for her and Dank to be together forever. If she chooses him, Death will never be alone again. My only issue here was that I felt like Jay never stood a chance at actually being a contender for Pagan's heart. They dated for a bit, but there was never any spark between them, I didn't see how he was supposed to be her soulmate, a contender for her heart.Pagan has a lot to deal with in this one, she's never seen souls before and yet she has Death pursuing her, so it's like being introduced to the paranormal for the first time all over again. The romance takes on a new level here, getting a little more adult. Which in some ways baffles me. I mean Pagan is still just eighteen. I guess I lived a sheltered teenage life with sheltered friends, unless they were keeping secrets from me! Sex was never anything I considered doing as a teen, and lately there are so many YA books that have it and like I said, I'm baffled. Yet most YA books have the sex with taste. This one the sex is a mix of both taste and tasteless, but I won't get into the who's and why's!The ending was a nice happy ending as all endings are. It was a little cheesy in some sense, because it was just sooo happy for everyone, I felt like that was a little unrealistic, yet the sappy side of me is happy to see everybody happy!Overall Ceaseless was an enjoyable read. This series isn't too bad, a little flawed, but what series doesn't have some flaws? There's always something to bother me or another reader somewhere. I enjoyed this one and would likely read more paranormal books if Abbi ever chooses to write them!

Throw me for a loop
Third and final book in the Existence series! So, at the end of book two, we find that Wyatt's soul is back and in an unconventional way. In my last review, I didn't want to mention that Pagan has literally seen Dank take Wyatt's soul. That was more than heartbreaking for her and yes, she got upset and stopped talking to Dank. How could he have known Wyatt was on the books to die and keep it from her? Not only did she have to witness it, she had to nurse her best friends mentality back to normal after experiencing the loss.In the last book Dank doesn't give up on Pagan, even though she sacrificed her soul to save those around her she loves. Wyatt wasn't supposed to die, he was a restitution because Pagan refused to join Leif.In this final book, Pagan has been swiped of her memories of Dank. Every. Single. One. It's sad to read in all honesty. Dank knows her but he has to stand back and see who her soul chooses. In the last book we learn that Jay (Pagan's ex boyfriend) is Pagan's soulmate in the real world. So, in an effort to see if Pagan and Dank are truly meant to be together, Dank must fight for her all over again. He must do it fairly though. He HAS to stay away and see if Jay and Pagan go forward with their destiny. This is where I was slightly confused. The way Pagan was upset over Jay, I would think he wouldn't have this whole new side of him that we had no idea about. He's, to put it bluntly, a pig. He flirts with girls in front of Pagan, on their first date no less. It's not even clear that Jay wants Pagan, the way he acts with the other girls and we can see crystal clear that Pagan wants nothing to do with him, except for friendship. At this moment, Dank steps in and breaks the rules in an effort to get her to remember. This is a whole new side of Dank, I mean we always knew he was swoon worthy, but now we are seeing just how intense his love for Pagan is. We see that his passion for her isn't some fluke and what girl wouldn't want a guy doing everything he can for her, even if she has no idea who he is.I loved seeing this installment of this series. It was nothing I expected, but so awesome. Granted, there was some useless drama in the mix--the deal with Miranda and Nathan was borderline ridiculous, but I could look past that because I wanted to know how it ended. The ending was not what I expected. I mean, deep down I knew what might happen, but Pagan gets it all.Abbi, I think you are a fantastic writer and I hope you try your hand at paranormal again. This is the fourth book I've read of yours and it is a no brainer that you are a natural. I have enjoyed this series and stayed up later than I should have trying to get through it as quick as I could. Thank you for sharing this story with me and everyone else. :) Dank, even though he is Death, is the kind of guy every girl wants and dreams for.

Perfect end to the series
This is the perfect end to the story of Pagan and Dank. I was a bit shocked at the change in the story when I first started reading this book, but I get why it had to play out this way and it was played out and written perfectly. Well done to the author Abbi Glines for creating the perfect ending to what has been an amazing series. I'm going to miss these characters, particularly Dank who is one super hot Death and if he came for me I think my soul would be jumping right into his arms.I'm giving this book and the series five stars for enthralling me with the story and making me fall in love with the characters. This is definitely a series that's being added to my read again list.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVED THIS SERIES
***jumping up and down clapping hands*** I LOVED THIS SERIES!! I honestly just could not put these books down and any spare moment I could I read until I finished them all!! It has been a while since I read paranormal romance and wow was this a great one to jump back in with.I am well and truly head over heels for Dank Walker and yet again just love a story where love can overcome and conquer all!! And I also love the fact that the female lead in this story pagan has been so strong and tough all the way through and at times when she is treated of thought of fragile you are reminded of her inner strength!! And I just need to say how much I loved Gee this story just would just not have been the same !!I cannot explain it but I just loved this trilogy and love Abbi Glines that little bit more for bringing me Dank!! :)

Un-Put-down-able
Basically Pagan has had her memory wiped of all traces of Dank and he has to try and win her heart all over again (with a little help from Gee) while contending with her intended soul mate. I do love how Abbi switches from one character to the next in the chapters so you can see the story from all points of view. I think Pagan is a great protagonist and isn't a pathetic so and so like some in other YA books. You can't help but love Dank.I love Abbi Glines, she is a fantastic author with a knack for storytelling. I have loved this series and been so intrigued by the relationship between Dank and Pagan. This was a perfect ending to the trilogy. A must read for all current fans or if you haven't given Abbi Glines a go yet, this series, the sea breeze series and The Vincent boys books are completely worth every penny!! You will not regret buying them!

A good end to the series
I really loved the idea for this book. After the fight for the two main characters to be together, I did wonder where the author could go with the story. Well let's just remove Dank from Pagan's memory, and everyone else's memory for that matter. I really enjoyed Dank try to claim Pagan back again. My few gripes (already mentioned in another review) is that I never truly believed that Dank had any competition for Pagan's affection, and additionally the Deity wasn't fleshed out - more work could have been done there. Dank never seemed to fight the Deity's ruling in the first place. Finally I wasn't keen on no follow up on what had happened to Pagan at the end. I felt like the consequences weren't really addressed. Those aside, it's a book worth reading to finish the series.

Great final book, just wish it was a little longer!
This final book in the Existence trilogy is sexy and hot. It's a great little story; I say little as I feel it could have been longer! Now in College, Pagan has her memories of Dank, Leif and seeing the souls taken away from her in a test that she has to choose her Soul's mate or Dank.Dank is desperate, he wants Pagan, wants her to remember, wants her love and needs to touch and taste her.If Pagan chooses Dank, she will be his for eternity. If she chooses Jay, her Soul's Mate, then she will forget Dank and life her life with Jay.It's a great read in true Abbi style and a sneak peak at one of her books at the end looks really great called 'Just for Now'.
