Cozy Plush fully microwavable heat able plush represent incredible value. Intelex is proud to have sold several million Cozy Plush designs worldwide over the past four years and this innovative range continues to outsell all other microwavable products on the market. All of Intelex's soft toys are made in China using only the finest quality microwave safe materials. They only use the finest quality treated wheat grains, fragranced with the very best dried French lavender. As this product is fully microwavable, to heat simply place the product in a microwave oven according to the directions on the product to release the wonderfully relaxing lavender aroma. Intelex prides itself on the fully microwavable aspect of their products. As they manufacture products that are fully microwavable and do NOT require a removable inner wheat bag, it makes using Intelex products not only easier, but also safer too and reduces the risk of scalding. Ideal for use as a bed warmer to aid a restful night's sleep, or simply as an adorable soft toy. These versatile products can also be used as a cold pack; simply place in a sealed freezer bag and place in the freezer for two to three hours. Ideal for reducing temperatures, easing sprains and bruises and reducing swelling. Take care when removing from the microwave oven. Do not ingest contents. Do not overheat. Reheat from room temperature only. For microwave use only

I gave this item a try twice after using different heating pads/animals prior and I was let down massively by this item. Following the instructions for this item on the outside of the package, which differs from the instructions on the item itself (tag claims it must be heated with water while the packaging does not state it), the first ladybug my daughter had suffered a rupture after approximately two weeks. It tore on a seam on the backside near the "butt" of the animal and spilled the beans (whatever is inside of it) all over my microwave. These beads are quite annoying to pickup/sweep up after the item tears, so the inconvenience is not worth it and terrible for paying for not getting what is paid for. After swapping out the first one with a replacement, presuming what happened was a fluke, I was sorely mistaken when the second one blew a hole out inside my microwave again in almost the same spot (reviewing the item and its packaging and instructions is where I found the discrepancy on how to properly heat and use the item). My wife and I heated the packs for a total of 90 seconds on 30 second intervals, recommended on the tag, and we still suffered the loss of these items. The second one was ruined after its second heating on the first night of having it. Rough business to say the least.Unfortunately, I cannot recommend any positives for this item as the craftsmanship is nearly non-existent.
