My physical therapist uses this same model so I bought my own to use at home. I have neck problems and this allows me to easily reach the right spots and roll my neck muscles like I’m rolling out dough. I’ve had it about a year and it still looks new with regular use. It’s rolling smoothly and still does its job like a champ!

It took some time to buy because of the price, but it is worth buying.I don't like someone giving a massage and prefer to do a self-healing massage. It is light but solid, well-designed, and user-friendly.

It is sturdy and rolls smoothly. Works better than most textured and ridged rollers I have owned.

I bought lil shorty to take in my carryon, haven’t gotten any grief yet from TSA like I didn’t with the regular length. Sore necks from traveling are melted away with this thing. Awesome

This roller works really well to work on a friend's back to loosen up the sore muscles. I can't easily use it on my own back. But I can use it on my own legs. Yesterday I spent a half hour rolling my husband's back and now he feels quite a lot better. I'll use it some more on him today and he'll doubtless feel even better.

Great roller, and small enough to easily fit in my backpack! Super smooth rolling. My soccer team all uses it!

I've tried other rollers and they've all had limitations:Some were too flexible and didn't allow a harder massage.Some would catch on the hair of my legs - not too fun feeling hair being pulled.This stick is stiff as can be, doesn't have gaps that can pinch skin or pull hair, and is coated with material that won't pull my leg hair.Highly recommended.

Bought this for my husband as he’s been struggling with tight muscles and plantar fasciitis. We all fight over who gets to use the rad rod. It’s a great time to have at home. It’s easy to use and portable.

This is a perfect massage roller.It rolls smooth (nice bearings), materials quality is nice, it doesn't bend or even flex.Initially bought another product (Tiger Tail, which is pretty good too and very popular on a Canadian Amazon, but this one is damn perfect).

It does not help to relieve sore muscles. I wanted to return, but it's not possible to return such items!!!

Bin Physiotherapeut und habe es gekauft, um andere damit zu behandeln. Dazu steckt man den Stab durch und rollt den anderen ab.Nachteil: will man wirklich Druck aufbauen, ist es extrem anstrengend. Vorteil ist die kleine Kerbe in der Mitte, damit kann man gut das Schienbein abrollen. Also mir hats nicht getaugt, habe es zurück geschickt.
