I wouldn't say that these are the best quality nail files, but I'm very happy with them. It comes with such a variety at such a great price. 7 of them have varying grits but most of them are pretty tough grit (13 of them). Keep in mind that they do take around a month to arrive.

Not as strong as I expected them to be. I file my natural nails which are not to long and these files wear down pretty quick. I like having the assortment but would prefer to have a couple stronger ones instead of a lot of flimsy ones.

I cannot honestly say because this was bought as a gift. It appears to be what is advertised though.
