Organic Cotton Makeup Puff, Medium - Set of 10

I purchased these for cosmetic use to apply witch hazel rose water toner to my face. When I actually placed my order they were sold by one company. After my order was placed the seller changed as well as the description. Now information said they were being shipped from Japan and it would arrive between Dec 9 and Jan 5, 2017. Really??? So I ordered a big bag of 100% jumbo cotton ball from Walmart on line. They arrived in two days.Well the Organic Cotton Makeup Puffs just arrived so delivery did take less than a month...actually about 10 days so shipping information was very misleading. I guess they wanted to allow themselves plenty of leeway. All writing on the bag is in Japanese so I can't tell you a thing about the product other than what you read in the description. So many of the comments talk about "tasting great"???? and being used for "vaping". Ok..well I want them for cosmetic use.The pads I received are a decent size...2" X 2" 1/4" with a pretty good thickness...almost 1/4" thick. There seems to be a front and back more finished layer of cotton with a less finish cotton in between those two layers. You can pull the layers apart but they don't fall apart during use and they are absorbent. The outside layers are specked with little brown bits of something. Maybe it's debris from the cotton not being combed well enough. Who knows. All I can say is all the pads have the specks. The cotton balls I received from Walmart are big rolled balls of cotton which are also a nice size. They seem to do just as good a job as the pads. They are soft and don't fall apart. They are 100% cotton but not organic cotton. There are no specks of anything in the balls. I'll stick with the big spun balls of cotton for $2.33 the next time I order.
