Works but could be better
I have not had any issues with heating the cap. I do 30 sec intervals and take the cap out and shake it in between to rearrange the contents. I get even heat distribution and no problems as others mentioned about it burning. My only issue is that if you have a lot of hair it is kind of small and hard to get it to stay on while you do things around the house.

Pretty good
I do like this cap. It heats up and holds heat very well. It’s stylish and comes well packaged with a nice satin dust bag. I would say that if you have a lot of very long thick hair it may be a struggle to get all of your hair into it. My only gripe is that the elastic is very tight around the band which makes it uncomfortable after a while. Maybe that will loosen over time.

I was surprised at my results, after putting deep conditioner in my hair and putting this on for 30 minutes my hair came out more moisturized than it ever has . 5 STARS !
