Excellent customer service. I had read that about them from other reviewers and I was not disappointed. I ordered a medium coat, following the size chart accordingly. The coat arrived on time, but the fit was too large. I emailed the company and they were fast to get back to me. I received clear instructions and helpful guidance. I sent my medium back and received a small in return. Fits prefect. Not as thick of a coat as I was expecting. Might not be well suited for a Wisconsin winter. The quality of the coat is on par with the price. The interior of the coat isn't ultra sturdy, but it's comfortable and durable enough for everyday use with care. I'll be keeping my coat and if I ever lose it, I'll be ordering the exact same thing from this company. I would recommend this coat if you're looking for what Benedict Cumberbatch wears in Sherlock. (his costs more than $1,000 US dollars.)

Nice Fitting
The fitting of the overcoat is good, overall, at the price. The fabric is different than the one in Sherlock. It is the one shown in the second pic onward. It is a good quality wool. Follow the size chart given in the picture.

I love the design and quality of the coat! Love that it has actual red seams and chest pockets! My first coat was a bit too big, but seller is extremely accommodating and willing to work with you. Great customer service! Hope to be a repeat customer!

Fantastic product! It fits perfectly and it’s pretty similar to the original Sherlock’s coat! One particular thing I really liked is the red seam for the buttons. I would also like to thank the seller, who has been really kind and amenable.

Excellent Customer Service
Purchased this coat and I had some sizing issues. They were so helpful exchanging and making sure I got the correct size. Throughout the process they were in contact and kept me updated on status and shipping. For the price the coat is very nice.
