Struggling with online purchase during shelter in place, just randomly clicked on this cheese hoping for the best, it is actually tasty! Even better than what I have bought in store before. would definitely come to for more.

The right amount of sour and salty with a good texture. My new go-to block of parmesan.

This is not Parmigiano Reggiano; It does not look or taste like genuine Parmigiano Reggiano. This is parmesan-type cheese made in Wisconsin. It is not "cracked" in the traditional way (as it says on the product description)--it is cut. Not only is the source not divulged in the description, the source is not marked on the packaging. Almost seems like the source was deliberately concealed. I certainly hope they change the description on the website and the labels to specify "Product of Wisconsin."

Rich flavor. I make mac & cheese with this. Highly recommend.

There are these odd little crystal like things inside the cheese but I think it's part of the process for the aging. It's such a great flavor though.

I got this as a replacement for my usual Parmesan that was out of stock. Was disappointed until I tasted it. So tasty! I’m ordering this one this time!

This cheese is just as good as more expensive ones I have tried from Whole Foods.

Forget what you think you know about parm! This is my go-to on a charcuterie board to please crowds of all taste preferences. The texture is perfectly crumbling for nibbling and a hint of those revered crystal crunches. Try it with dried pineapple to bring out it's pineapple-y notes.
