FlyHawk RFID Blocking Genuine Leather Wallets for Men Biford Mini&Slim Size Wallet

Let me start first with my one and only complaint, just get that out of the way from the get go. The credit and ID cards fit a little too snugly which makes it slightly more difficult to get them out in a hurry. That's the only gripe I have, and I have to say, this grip is clearly dwarfed by the positive features and the quality of this wallet.I work in an environment which requires me to use a government issued PIV. This has of course the embedded circuit chip, but it also has the magnetic strip on the back used for, among many possible purposes, physical access to work spaces. So to evaluate the effectiveness of this wallet's RFID blocking I loaded it up with my credit cards, DL, passport card, and my PIV badge (which normally is not in my wallet but I wanted to test the effectiveness of the RF blocking).I simply COULD NOT gain physical access to my own office at any entry point with this card in the wallet, EVEN when put the PIV in so that the magnetic strip was completely exposed and was just barely inserted into one of the card sleeves. I had to completely remove the PIV from my wallet before it could be read. I was quite impressed with this protection.I have 100% confidence that should I ever find myself in a situation where I've got my wallet loaded up with all sorts of cards (ID, Credit, Passport, etc.), that no identity thief or bad actor is going to bump up against me and read any of them. It ain't gonna happen.The wallet design is beautiful, it fits very comfortably in my back and front pockets, and it really does appear to be well engineered to last for many, many years. The stitching appears to be high quality, which as many men know who aren't exactly gentle with their own wallets, is quite important. It is so frustrating when the lining in the wallet gets pulled out with the card you are trying to remove, and I don't believe that this will be a problem with this wallet.I highly recommend this FlyHawk RFID Blocking wallet to anyone who wants to have that added (yes, albeit maybe a little paranoid) level of assurance that one's identity cannot be skimmed in some elevator or when in any close proximity with a would-be identity thief or worse.

I had one of these for over a year and it started to deteriorate. But I like it so much, due to size, that I decided to replace wit another one.Within less than two months, the new one is getting the same problem of the first one, and I can't return it. The deterioration is so bad, that the pieces come off and get stuck on my credit cards and ID, so it looks dirty.

Worn out from regular use after about 27 months. The slots where the cards go are fraying on the bottom and the sides, and it will be any day now that the cards start falling out. The outside of the wallet still looks good. I liked how the wallet is small, so I didn’t cram too much in it. I would buy it again, but this one doesn’t seem to be available now.

Wallet is great quality and very durable. It is a little larger than what I expected and gets stuck in my pocket sometimes. But overall nice and very spacious for my credit cards and cash.

The wallet is great. I really like the thin profile. I wanted to downsize my previous wallet and still be able to carry most things. I was able to put nearly all the things from my old wallet in this one, except for 3 or 4 cards I didn't need anyway and it is probably about 30% thinner. Much more comfortable when in my back pocket.I have been carrying it around for about 2 months now and it seems very durable. The card pockets are initially quite tight and getting the cards in and out is a little tough, but they are slowly loosening up a bit. Better than too loose. I don't know how to verify if the RFID blocking is working, but it has that black mesh liner throughout. Its a sharp looking wallet and I am very happy with it overall.It took forever to come in the mail (relatively) but my old wallet was fine so I wasn't in too big a hurry.

UPDATE AFTER 6 MONTHS: There is now a large hole where the seams separated after only 6 months. That has been the least amount of time a wallet has lasted. Cheap construction and material.This is a decent wallet to carry in my front pocket. I usually carry a money clip wallet which is smaller than this wallet, but I decided to try something different when I needed a replacement. I carry about 6 various cards, my ID, and a few bills, which is fine. When I first received this wallet, and was putting my cards inside, I found a credit card for someone in Germany. I'm not sure how long the wallet was used before being returned, but it still looked new. I of course cut the card up, but found it unusual.

I don't normally write reviews, but this was an item I just couldn't make up my mind about...I looked at reviews, (and wondered if they were fake) and tried to find their website, because every great company has a website or social media presence, right?Well, apparently not... because this company doesn't, but this is a great product... the leather is nice and sturdy, extremely well made and it came packaged beautifully... had a weird smell when I opened it, a mix of leather and shoe polish, I'm assuming from the dye... it quickly wore off though... this is probably my favorite wallet I've ever owned...I got the coffee brown one, and the slots go vertical... I'm a human, if you're on the fence about this one, get it... you won't be dissappointed

First off the only genuine leather part is the outside. This didn't even last 10 months and now the fake leather inside is completely falling apart. RFID blocking works fine but that is the only good thing about it. Card slots stick to all my cards making them difficult to remove and peel small pieces off of the wallet every time I remove a one. Save your money and buy something quality made. I have paid less for real leather wallets that have lasted for years.
