Ingredients: matricaria recutita oil. German Chamomile essential oil is distilled from the flowering heads of the plant and produces a dark blue oil with a strong herb-like aroma. This highly versatile essential oil can be inhaled during a high pollen count, used during the menopause and is highly effective in massage to ease aching muscles after a strenuous day. IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION: Directions: Add 5-6 drops to a bath or vaporiser, for massage dilute in 15ml of carrier oil. WARNING Do not use undiluted on the skin.
